Stayed here last week for our 10th anniversary.....wow! Most beautiful room we've ever stayed in. Service and staff was amazing.... My husband had added chocolate covered strawberries and bath products which were beautifully displayed in our room. Cookie ????hotline was fantastic. Slept well. Highly recommend this lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms, pool and hot tub are gorgeous. Very clean. Loved the Molten Brown bathroom... products. Staff were all wonderful. We had the tasting menu with wine pairings. Delicious!! Our server Livvy was really greatand very knowledgeable on all of the wines we chose or asked about. Hotel bar has great cocktails. Great place for a romanticget away and walking distance from Stratford village. Read more
There was not much food considering the price for the afternoon tea. The scones were served cold (as in out of the fridge)... although we were brought more warm ones when we asked. The decor was also a bit lacking so disappointing overall. Read more
Customer Service at its finest! Not even the most lavish hotel in Toronto provides this kind of Customer Service! The hotel is... beautiful! The room is spacious and the balcony is such a wonderful spot to have your morning coffee! The indoor pool wasrelaxing after a long day. The fitness room had all the necessities for your everyday workout. The bar was quaint and carefree. We attended a wine-paring event held at the hotel and EVERYONE was super nice and welcoming! Hard to stay anywhere else inStratford after staying at The Bruce. Definitely a wonderful getaway for the Hubby and I. Read more
We have never stayed here as we are Stratford residents but we have eaten in the restaurant many times. The experience and... service is always the best of the best. The food is amazing. The Bruce has the best team to make your night memorable in everyway. Read more
One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. Friendly attentive staff, well decorated rooms with comfortable beds...the... duvet was too heavy/hot for us...didn't bother mentioning it as it was only a one night stay but they probably would haveswapped it out. Even the hallway and reception area and dining room were impeccably decorated. Nice small touches like a"cookie hotline" to deliver cookies to your room, and an amazing array of board games and card games for the use of guests, fullarray of toiletries and possibly the largest hotel room bathroom I have ever had. Breakfast in the dining room was decent togood but the hash brown style potatoes were way too salty. Also, walking distance to a few of the theatres, so very welllocated. Will certainly be staying here again next summer for our annual theatre visit, and my wife is heading back here withher mother in August...highly recommend this hotel. Read more
We've been to The Bruce along with their restaurant several times now and have always had an impeccable experience. The staff... are absolutely incredible from all levels of work. Extremely professional, friendly, and warm. Every interaction we've had withstaff has been absolutely positive. They take care of every need you have and always seem to go the extra mile to improve yourexperience. The facilities and rooms are immaculate. Everything feels clean, fresh, and purposefully done. It's very easy torelax and unwind here. The food and restaurant are also extremely high quality. We dined in the restaurant on out most recentvisit and had Amanda as our server. She was very knowledgeable of the menu, professional, friendly and also had excellenttiming. We felt comfortable and happy from the moment we sat down. The cocktails were made very well, and the food wasfantastic. The dishes were all thoughtfully prepared, well seasoned, and presented beautifully. Each dish was satisfying and hadus looking forward to the next. A truly great experience and we will certainly visit again. Read more
