Hi. So I work here at Tim Hortons on Erie. Some for these reviews are crazy. I understand you're concerns but honestly we are... trying our best here. We check the washroom ever few hours and we clean where we cook all the time. Some days multiple peoplecall in and leave us short, having to multitask, we just want to show you guys we are trying. Plus there are alot of new youngemployees that still need to be taught. Give us a break guys, come on. Thanks for you're understanding. Read more
Honestly have to wonder why is it that they always have the slowest person working the front counter w/ no one to back her up?... At this point it's kind of ridiculous to have to leave my home 45 minutes in advance just so I could come to this Tim hortons,to grab something for breakfast and only arrive to work 5 minutes on time. So if you're coming here give yourself a 30-minutespace or 45 minutes space because whether you go through the drive-thru, or go inside it's going to take you at least 20 to 35minutes to get out of there. And this is me entering the store with only four or five people in front of me. So I just left, illdrive the extra minutes to go to any other Tim Hortons in the area. Read more
This place should be shut down simply for the fact alone the workers do not have a clue in hell what they are doing. Literally... brain dead. This is so embarrassing. Waited 40 minutes for 2 lattes? come out with earl grey tea with flavour shots in it? Shedidn?t have a CLUE what she was doing, or anybody else in that place. This is the busiest tim hortons in stratford i guess staff need proper training they can not even put lid properly on coffee... glass first time it happned i let it go today 2nd time happned my thumb got burn with their hot coffee also they just gave backthe same lid with some coffee on it grow up kids Read more
This has to be the slowest, dirtiest timmies I have ever been to, waited 20 minutes in the drive through before getting to place... an order which they got wrong, had to go into to get my right order, decided to use the restroom it was filthy with dried feceson the floor along with toilet paper, it hadn't been checked for some time with the mess being dried to the tiles, I tookpictures while standing at the counter, the area behind there was also dirty Read more
Two days in a row, I asked for medium Icecap made with white milk. Till person repeats order, "Icecap made with milk". You would... think it's inappropriate to say white or make a ice cap without chocolate milk. Read more
i never did reviews in my life , i think this is the first review. Asked for farmers wraps 2 for $6 , and charged extra more... over potatoes wedges was half cooked and feels like sitting from a while . Very bad experience, rude staff . 0 star. And feelslike its not a Tim Hortons, its a cheap store. Please, avoid going to this store. Read more
Very busy location, so at times expect a 20 minute wait in the drive through. For the last four visits, the store runs out of... cookies and/or hot chocolate. At the drive through window, service is often slow as the cashier also has to pick up items. Andif anyone orders sandwiches, add another 3 - 5 minutes to your drive through wait time. Read more
