The staff work very hard to provide service. These days the ability to hire to have minimal staff to provide all the variety of... food request is not possible to provide it in a timely manner. The best thing that they did was to close drive thru and walk inservice only. The future suggestion from me is set up one cashier for Coffee and cold drinks only. The other cashier for food.Consider reducing said food items and make it simpler with more grab and go. Apps would be very helpful for these groups ofpeople that can pre order and pick up...maybe have 2 people doing food orders rather it resting on one person. Burn out isclearly a big problem with the complexity of all food and drink order let alone what customers want to change and customize totheir specific order request and idiosyncrasies. Setup heat station to keep food warm. Pet peeve....charging for double cupingI find very insulting as the sleeve replacement does not protect me against being burnt by the heat emmited from thecoffee(especially. black coffee orders or Tea orders...as the rest of the cup leaves me unprotected/ the other issue with thelarge and extra large cups of coffee or tea is the easily collapse if you hold your coffee cup too tight. Just retrieving mycoffee while driving ...out of my vehicle's cup holder that senerio happened that the cup walls collapsed with coffee everywhereincluding Hot coffee on me!!! Not Good!! Last peeve...why is it that staff are trained to carefully take out donut and muffinswith a piece of wax paper ... avoiding touching or coming in contact with the donuts/muffins with their bare hands. While at theprep station Glazing and icing sugar is added and removed with their bare hands as the tools and techniques prevent the jobbeing achieved in a timely manner. Why can't disposable gloves be used to simple be more health conscious especially. in a timewhen covid is still around and Flu season is just around the corner!! Read more

was in a bad mood all day and thought.... I'm gonna grab a coffee and donuts on Thanking I really like a donut right about now... being that my friend passed away this evening and I haven't had a Boston cream in a long time wow I got the donut with thechocolate stuck to the wax paper tried eating that off dropped my daughter on the ground it was dirty spilt my coffee so I juststarted crying Read more

Terrible!!! Waited half hour in line when I finally got my coffee it wasn?t stored and about an inch from the bottom got a mouth... full off coffee grounds!!!!! Read more

The mananger working at 5.50 on Aug 17th evening was absolutely rude and would not listen to our request which was indeed on the... till. Upon asked the name to complaint she said we're not allowed to give names well what's the name tag for. Afterwards when wedid receive or order they were partially burned but as her service was astounding didn't feel bothering with complaning to her.So note to the management I believe a talk is in order. Well with what they do to kids and day camp then today after a month of no timmies i had a friend brought me a coffee. By the... time he left the store and got into the car the coffee leaked from the bottom. Such cheap cups that they leak in 5 min after itsfilled up.
