Nov.-Went through drivethru only car there. Barely anyone inside. Got a regular lemonade instead of strawberry. Noticed when I... got home that there's also no straw in my bag. Dry old chicken on my sandwich. Also inserting in the debit machine doesn't workso I had to use my credit card. Wendys still terrible nothing is getting better. Oct.-This Wendy's has only gone downhill. Myorders not correct most of the time and has only gotten more frequent. The order takers have gotten more rude. And the speed isterrible. You get what you ordered. For fast food it's healthier than most and gives you more healthy individual options if you just want... a snack. The Apple pecan salad is great if you get the pecans. Dressing helps too. As you can guess the server that I got forgotboth. I had to go to the counter twice to get them. That is why the 2 stars. Read more
Super fast service, hot and tasty food through drive through. I'm giving it 3 stars because I didn't get any napkins in my bag... and no receipt to submit to work for a $16 baconator combo with large fries. I have never seen a washroom so disgusting. It was so bad I couldn't use it or even wash my hands . I told the person on cash... and got no response so after I picked up my order mentioned it again but nothing was done about it . I bet it's still like that. That's going to be my last wendys experience in Stratford. NEVER EVER AGAIN Read more
This place doesn?t like making money apparently. Showed up at 1030am to get breakfast, got into the drive thru and the entire... menu was showing the breakfast options. When I went to order was told that breakfast was done. No problem, went across thestreet to Tim Hortons which had drive thru and in store lineups around the block so I decided not to wait and go to a&w down theroad which was also still serving breakfast at 1045 on a Saturday. My daughter got the spicy chicken sandwich a couple of weeks ago and said she was so disappointed she threw it in the garbage... half eaten. She said it was dry and thin. I decided to try it for myself tonight in case it was an off night. Nope, the spicychicken patty was small, thin, dry and not very spicy. I did not finish it. They have changed their spicy chicken sandwich andthat's so disappointing. No more Wendy's for us. Read more
