Not a good experience. I was the only one in the store and I waited more than 10 minutes for my drink but they were making... drinks for people that were not there. Polite employee's. Clean store. Short wait & comfy chair's. This Starbucks is a "must stop at" coffee house!!
Of course always a good cup of coffee. This Starbs is a good one, friendly, staffed well,and gets your order right. They were... out of the double smoked bacon cheddar sandwich. ???? Horrible experience at this Starbucks! The manager with blue hair spoke condescendingly. This was my first stop in New... Hampshire and I?m from CA. I came to visit my mom and she has health issues and we couldn?t wait for very long. I asked for adrink ticket for next time or a refund but there was already a long line. My mom asked for a water and the manager told us togo back in line. She was rude and the situation escalated. All other workers were kind and they were doing their job. Hopefully she finds a job where she doesn?t have to interact with people. Not nice. And I never got my money back. No drink. Read more
I go to this Starbucks usually once a day as it's the closet one to my work. Mostly everyone there is super nice and friendly. I... went there today and the older lady with grey hair was working the drive thru and per usual she seemed miserable which is fine iget it but when I asked her for a straw she snapped at me and stated she already gave me one i was like opps sorry and sherolled her eyes at me and sighed. I would NEVER speak to someone like that or roll my eyes at someone at my place of work. Ifyou hate your job find another one don't treat your customers like that. Read more
This was my second starbucks stop after the first closed early. The person taking the orders was rude and abrupt. Makes me think... this store should have closed early too. Starbucks used to be the pinnacle of great service. Seems like that's not the case anylonger. Read more
Friendly, eager to serve staff. Drive thru, plenty of parking, easy to use app and iPhone and Google pay. I had a blonde COFFEE,... just in case someone gets the wrong idea, and spinach and feta cheese wrap. Both were good ????! Thanks to this Starbucks forhaving part of the plaza's road repaved!
