Visited this store as lunch break on our way back from Acadia and going to Lake George. The lady on the counter was nice, but... the guy was very rude. Not sure if he was a racist or he is rude to everyone! We asked the code to open the bathroom door and heasked if we are going to buy something or no? Even while serving and seating the guy was very rude and didn?t seem to be muchinterested to serve us. Terrible attitude. Read more

Tried stopping in on Monday, just after 10:30am. Front doors locked despite online listing and signage on the door saying open... at 10:00. Two stars because at least there was someone inside, visibly in the process of opening the store and looking busy(unlike the North Hampton location that opens late with nobody apparently inside). The one guy working there yelled at me that the bathrooms weren't public and that I was not allowed to wash my hands. He then... started yelling and cussing. What a horrible experience. Do not recommend this location. Read more

I walked in around 10:45am to get a sandwich. Nobody was around.. all of a sudden I hear a huge burp from the back room. After... me saying ?hello??? The women came out and did apologize for burping but it was super weird and unprofessional. She also told mehalf the meat wasn?t real and that the bread was stale and 3 days old? umm?! Read more

Very good sub. Got a chicken teriyaki. The woman there was alone and working very hard to make sure we were all taken care of a... fast as she could. Even though she has no help I recommend this store, she was smiling, friendly and very welcoming. Hands downbest subway I have been to in a while. Read more

We called to ask what time they were open. She says yes till 7, doesn?t tell us we need to order ahead, doesn?t ask if we?d like... to place an order. We drive all the way to store to read the signs stating we cannot enter the store to order or eat. Iunderstand covid has changed the way we do business, have no problem with that. Should have been told of the new procedure rightwhile I was in the phone. I?ll take my business else where. Where the business hire intelligent people who might think to tellme to order ahead.... The service was good. One server was a bit brusge while the other was friendly and even held the door open for me. The sandwich... tasted good. I have not had problems using text deals or coupons here. Update; December 2018; Person who was not as friendly isno longer employed. Staff changes often, yet, service had been good.
