We were in the drive-thru line, grabbing breakfast for my colleagues and I. We informed the lady taking our orders that we would... like our food single-toasted, but it?s two orders of the same thing. When her screen showed double toasted, we informed her overthe monitor. Upon asking her to rectify her mistake, she started arguing. She didn?t apologize and messed up our order two timesin the same transaction. I understand they are busy then they need to hire more people, and the reason a lot of people probablydon?t wish to work for this location is because of the attitude problem the staff members have working there. Thunder storms Chilly 7:30 and you can't buy a bowl of soup Not much selection and was very disappointing
The staff was kind and welcoming even tho it was busy in there. It was the best donut I have ever had from a Tims. Very pleased.
Really sad for a Tim Hortons. Been here a few times and more often than not, my order is not correct. How difficult is it to... make a Sausage Belt?? We now go to a different Tim's in town. Read more
Coffee wasn't the right size and it was watered down. My sandwich was also not together looked like they just threw an egg from... a different sandwich on a biscuit. I could only tell because the cheese. It was not even in or on the biscuit just the egg. Andobviously the egg wasn't properly in the biscuit I had to put it together myself. Read more
They should have a sign telling you to turn off your car to save gas as you're going to spend at least 20 minutes waiting even... if there's only 2 cars ahead of you. If your planning on stopping here before work. You will be late even if you leave 30minites early. Coffees good though... Read more
Food was what I ordered but my drink. I paid the 3.50 for a XL French vanilla and it was 1/3 empty when I recieved it through... delivery. Wasn't the drivers fault. Very upset with this. UPDATE CAUSE I CANT POST ANOTHER REVIEW! I got double eggs in mysausage and egg sandwich and there were eggshells in both sandwiches and a few days ago I ordered a bagel belt and there wereeggshells in that too. Every time I come to Tim's my breakfast sandwich is one of the two. It has a ripped and burnt bun, or dripping with grease.... Today I have both. This has been on going. The tea was good. Read more
