Saddest chicken burger I?ve ever seen in my life, especially for the price? tomato and the tiny piece of lettuce they added were... mushy as hell. Staff seemed annoyed by me asking for a side of chipotle and literally gave me maybe a tablespoon of it andcharged me for it. My onion rings were clearly old and had been sitting cold for quite some time aaaand my drink lids weren?t onproperly resulting in the pop spilling all over the seat in my car. Poorest managed A&W ever. Never have enough staff to operate properly. Waiting times thru the drive thru, will make you late for... anything you're going to. Read more
Zero stars No cars ahead of me. Nobody in the restaurant. Waiting 5 minutes at the speaker before someone took my order, then... waited another 15 minutes for a single burger. Don?t come here if you have stuff to do. Could have made a burger at home fromscratch faster. Read more
We had 4 burger meals at 430 pm. Dried out and nasty. For the price you pay at A & W for "Canadian beef" you would think it... would be fresh. Second bad meal from here won't be back to Strathroy A&W again. Read more
Food is good, service was great!! It is 1:45 pm on Aug18, buy a Teen Burger for MS day. Not a clean table in the place, a guy... who looked like the manager left in the midst of it. He should have rolled his sleeves and helped out!!! Read more
