80% of my chicken was cartilage. Couldn't eat any of it. Rice was good. Veggies were good. Service was awesome.

First time customer today. Stayed for breakfast. Had the big breakfast special, and a spot o' tea. The food was very good... overall, but I really need to heap some praise on my server, Emélie. Maybe it was a fluke, but she just seemed to have thisintuitive sense of what I needed, JUST as I was thinking, "gee...I really need some ketchup...some peanut butter....some morehot water for my teapot...) ...and there she was, with what I needed, before I could ask. Horrible dinning experience. No water refills offered during our visit. Waited over 50 mins in a non busy environment after... ordering, with small children, for our tables food to arrive. The 3 kid hamburger meals I ordered were served to usraw/undercooked. No discount or free meal offered, only ice cream as compensation which we obviously declined based on servicetimes. I heard good things prior to going and the reviews seemed positive however the service was extremely unprofessional. I'msorry, but after such an experience, will never be returning. Fortunately, my 4 children didn't get food poisoning from theundercooked meats. My wife's meal, the Cantonese noodles were blan and looked like a boiled mess of unseasoned items. Amy's has a separate room for hosting large group events. I reserved it for a surprise retirement party for my wife. Amy was... very accommodating in helping me plan the event. The night went perfectly. The food received rave reviews from our guests. Thewait staff consisted of two young ladies that did an exceptional job of serving tables and making sure everyone had drinks.Young and old in attendance enjoyed the evening thanks to Amy and her great kitchen staff and wait staff. Clean, good food, friendly waitresses. Only reason for not having a 5 star is, no check up to ask us if everything was OK... before we were done eating had to ask for a coffee refill. Definitely a good place to eat. Read more
