Ghost pepper whopper is not hot at all . Taste like a regular whopper better off put your own hot sauce on it
Burger King Oxford east is good most of the time , sometimes the fries are cold ., y do u always have to ask for ketchup lol?
Had to ask for the tables to be cleaned off very dirty so we left with our food. Then when we opened our bag we didn't get our... whole order. Not impressed at all. Also so cold inside freeze while you wait for your order. Read more
Usually it's great. Today at 1:00-1:10 ish. Ordered just a whopper burger and chicken sandwich with a medium onion ring..... Should have cost 12 something , but instead we were charged over $18.00. When asked about it they claimed the person who tookour order was new but they had the headset on... But said we were correct. And then when I said I hope other customers aren'tbeing charged extra and she said they're not and I said well we just would have been charged an extra 6$ if we didn't sayanything ... and she turned around and shook her head no ... very rude and unflattering customer service, especially when theytried to charge an extra 6$ ... Don't go to burger king while THIS young girl is working ...you may get charged ALOT more thenyou should be. and if you are concerned as to how it happened and if it may happen to someone else, you will just receiveattitude. Went to grab a bite as we usually do once or twice a week. Says that they close at 8:00pm on boxing day. Showed up 20 after 7.... Multiple printed signs at drive thru and at each door. No-one working. One person walking around oblivious when tried to getattention. Finally came to address issue when saw me taking pictures. He came out yelling "I know what the sign says but ichanged it online" (Facebook, Google, and burgerking.ca all say 11:00pm) Its boxing day, it closes early, fine, but I dont knowwhy you can't change the sign or even cross it out with a pen on at least ONE sign, had multiple people waiting in drive thrubefore they gave up. Then come out yelling at confused customers. Needless to say you lost a customer who spends ~ 80$ a weekhere and has overlooked many a mistake. Read more
Love their whoopers but always no for their frozen popcorn chicken or nuggets Sundae along side makes perfect match
