I drove from out of town with my Mum to meet up with my grandchildren here today. We arrived at 2pm and the experience was... horrible right from the start. We were forgotten about repeatedly. It took a half hour to receive service, at that point weasked what was on draft, the server had no idea. She went to ask and never came back. The next girl said she couldn't serve usas there was someone else looking after us? Who??? It took another half hour to get someone to take our order. My meal wascompletely forgotten about, everyone else's food came out and then our server realized the mistake. My meal was not good when itdid arrive 10min after the rest of the meals. I would say this is the best Crabby Joe?s I?ve ever been. The service here by (Robin) was out of this world. Made sure we had... everything we needed and made sure the beer stayed full!! We ordered the Spinach goat cheese dip. The cook back there (Joey)did an amazing job. Would tell all friends and family to come the this establishment. Cheers Peeps ???? Read more
Tried this location last night for wing night. I should of left after 20 minutes of no service or drinks. There were more empty... tables than full. I could tell the majority of patrons were not happy and all waiting for some sort of service. So when wefinally were asked if we wanted a beer , we thought it would be smart to order our wings at the same time. When the beer came weboth ordered bud lite. 1 was bud lite the other was definitely a Canadian. We drank it anyway because we didn?t want to wait anylonger. We ordered 24 wings. Sitting there with 2 empty beer glasses our wings finally came. There were only 14 wings on theplate. I had to go find someone by the kitchen to tell them the issue. While waiting 15 more minutes for the remainder of ourorder I had to wave the bartender down to get 2 more beers. The bar tender was very polite but overwhelmed and needed help. Verydisappointed. My wife and I were seated by a very pleasant girl. This is where the service came to a screeching halt. We waited 25 minutes and... were never greeted by or seen by anyone. No one came over to say hi or ask for drinks or anything. It being our anniversary wewere pretty excited to go out. Super disappointing. The one star is for the very nice hostess. Read more
Food and service very underwhelming. Half of our table received their food first and the other half of the table didn't receive... their food until almost everyone else was done. And despite my better judgment, we cone back here every couple of yearsthinking things might have changed; but it doesn't. My food was ok but others at my table ate little or none of theirs.Disappointing to say the least. We arent likely to come back. Read more
Strathroy location needs some work. We come in twice a week 4 out of 6 weeks. We came in tonight and told they?re short staffed... and can?t do food. We said ok and sat down to have our couple drinks. It took 8 minutes to take our drink order and another 6 tobring us our drinks. Wait staff was not short handed. Just poor time management, cause we could see them just chatting and notmoving drinks. And to put the cherry on top, people that came after us got food. We watched 6 people get food but we were toldno food. I don?t usually complain, but Felicia has consistently sucked the big one. No time management skills at all. Caught heron her phone while we waited for our first drink. Every time we have had her as a waitress, she would take forever and apologizelike that makes it ok to do a terrible job. It?s like if Kaitlyn isn?t there, no one can function. FYI Kaitlyn who is usuallyour server on nights deserves a raise, she does what 3 waitresses do without breaking a sweat. Read more
Staff was amazing, Bailey was prompt, friendly and engaging with us throughout tour dinner experience. Food was delicious and... exactly as we had ordered. I would highly recommend for your next dining experience with friends or family. Read more
Staff are great. Nice spot for a drink and/or meal. Familiar menu yet they seem to get it right unlike some other... locations. Everything is good but the nacho's w extra cheese (no meat) were amazing. They did them in layers so every chip hadtoppings and lots of them. You gotta share them, the portion is huge. Read more
