The employees will take down your order give you a total at the drive thru window and yet completely mess up the order or miss a... bunch of things from your order. Won?t mix it up with another order?just basically never right. Eat here on a daily and itswrong 4/5 times. Smh Read more
I prefer breakfast when I eat here but it's fast and affordable. Always check your order to make sure you're not missing... anything. I do not like their app. McDonald's needs to make some changes to it. Did you know you can only use the rewards once aday? It's stupid! If I have points, I should be able to spend them especially if those points expire. Change that! Read more
Went through drive thru and they told me to wait at parking spot 1 for fresh fries. Waited 10 minutes and a worker came out to... ask what my order was. Waited another 15 minutes but no one showed up so I went back through the drive thru again to see whatwas up and they forgot about my order a second time. LOL I've worked in fast food so I get it, sometimes things just happen.They were probably short-staffed or under-trained, which is ultimately a management problem. Maybe they were clearing ordersearly to artificially improve their service times? Maybe there was lack of communication between team members to let them know Iwas sent to wait there for my order? Quality items and friendly staff but Goderich location needs to speed up the ordering and getting of food. Ordering is fast and... efficient but it takes too long to get the food in my opinion. Read more
Sunday May 22, 2022 @ 7:50pm we went through the Strathroy McDonalds drive thru and the Supervisor/Manager in a red shirt named... Victoria was beyond rude! She was the staff at the pick up window and she opened the window and handed our drinks to us one byone, no greeting, no hello how are you, and then slammed the window and when our food was ready opened the window and abruptlyhanded us the bag of food! WORST McDonald?s ever. My husband and I ordered 2 meals and when we got the the window they only gave us 1 fry. We told them... that we had ordered two, and the girl rudely tells us we are wrong. We told her we both ordered meals with fries and drinks, andshe was so sassy I wanted to throw my sandwich in her face. She acted like we were trying to steal. And here?s the best part? myhusband ordered the spicy chicken sandwich? and they put HOT SAUCE on my breakfast sandwich?! I am 40 weeks pregnant and nearlypuked because of heartburn from one bite. One drink took 20 minutes and it wasn?t the drink I wanted. The next closest McDonald?s is 20km away in London, and this... McDonald?s is the only late night establishment in this town. As every other establishment now, suffering from lack of staff onhand, has painfully long lines at the drive thru and inside. Brutal for both the customers and staff. Hope this gives you fairwarning, if you?re in a rush or only have 15 minutes for break I wouldn?t recommend you go here as you may get stuck behind thelarger orders, super hit or miss on time.
