June 29th stop in to order Pizza between 11?11:30 am for delivery at 8 :pm . pizza here at 8 Pizza was not in a heat pouch... ,cold one side burnt one side mushy on the bottom ! I called and manager and she could not find my order??? And there wasnothing she could do.We used a gift card, it really should have been easy to follow up on !! Shame on Pizza Hut !! The visual demonstration of each item on the menu, which are perfectly composed asdescribed and lore friendly to the Pizza Hut official menu, outside of being a simple pizza or related meal item. That's not allthe store gives you in visuals however, the brilliantly crafted pickup area is perfectly chosen for the type of diningexperience a person might expect from such an establishment, and doesn't merely fit, but improves the overall sensory experiencea person might have in it's mere presence. The music that the location blesses upon your ears gives you a wonderful array thatis composed specifically to each employee working there, and fits each of their personalities giving a visiting customer acomforting gaze into the local culture of Strathroy. As for the verbal presentation, it would be a mercy to George R. R. Martinhimself to say that the elegantly composed and friendly employees passed down to you in this Pizza Hut location, are on par withA Song of Ice and Fire. The employees that staff this fine establishment, who create the environment that you read about, arebeautiful in their own right however, the people themselves, are on an entirely new plane of existence. never ordering from here again, waited 4 hours for a cold pizza to arrive at my door. i got lied to multiple times on the phone... of when my order would be here, it?s completely unprofessional and unacceptable. cant even get a refund, i?m told to call backanother time. waste of my families time. I made a delivery order at 4:30p.m for 6p.m. I ordered one pepperoni and cheese pizza and no one showed up to deliver my pizza.... I called to see where it was at 7p.m and they said it was on the way now. 30 minutes go by and still no sight of them so I reordered for a pick up this time. Ordered a Pizza at 10:07pm and was told the estimated wait would be 29 minutes. Alright that's reasonable. I now am awake at... 1:15am still waiting for my pizza after nearly giving up hope because the pizza tracker decided to start randomly updating atmidnight (an hour after close). So now I have to wait to see if I actually end up getting what I ordered as a fun little thingto do when I have to work in the morning. Ordering from here is like rolling a dice where rolling a 1 to a 5 gives you a yummymeal and a 6 gives you nothing but an empty feeling inside. Read more
Ordered a few weeks after they opened. Used the online ordering. I was shocked when it said it would be ready in 2 hours! After... 40 min I drove by to see if it was ready and see if that was accurate.. yep they were very busy. Oook came back at the 2 hourmark. Our pizza looked like it was sitting in their warmer for an hour! So chewy and hard to bite off. I wouldn't feed it to adog it was so tough. Same with the garlic bread. Awful. Toppings were thrown on and flavour was nothing to write home about. Icompleted an online email survey about my experience and heard nothing back.... Even when domino's is busy, it doesn't take 2hours. I was in no rush that evening anyways but given the quality of the pizza anyways, domino's has my future business! Read more
Got a pizza the other day, guy that made its name was Hodge or something like that. Anyways that was the most scrumshus pizza... I've ever had the pleasure of eating, I would like to thank pizza hut for hiring such an amazing pizza artist. 10/10 would eatagain. Read more
