Best chicken sandwich around, if you haven't tried one yet you should!

Always had great experiences here, food has been amazing and so has service. But on Sunday we had decided to get lunch at... Popeyes only to be told they weren?t open. It was 12:06. The guy told us and another customer they didn?t open til 12:30. Theirwebsite says 11am for the strathroy location. We ate elsewhere as we didn?t want to wait. Poor management. Terrible place of business, takes advantage of staff from unpaid training to unpaid breaks where staff are forced to go back and... forth losing time on their shift to save a failing company money, they value cheap labor, cutting corners. They do not properlywash their dishes or anything. They use only one sink at a time often not sanitizing dishes saying ?it?s a waste of time? thisstore is a walking health code violation and it?s a wonder no one has contracted a bad case of salmonella. And I?ve never workedfor you, show history of my paystub then? But u can?t, I?ve never worked for you, I?m concerned for my friends and clearly youthink you can get away with whatever.. have fun losing your business license! Read more

Food is good as you would expect from a chain, but be sure to order ahead. This is by far the slowest Popeyes I've ever been... to. 15 min wait almost every time I'm there. Also the employees park in the first 4-5 spots in front of the door. Not cool. Read more

2 years ago my review would have been a 1 star because of the food I had and the experience right after this place had opened.... BUT; I decided to give them a shot today and I was not displeased at all, in fact I was delighted. I ordered the Twistedwicked shrimp dinner with some Cajun fries & Cocktail sauce, and nuggets as an extra side. My entire meal not only smelledamazing but tasted just as good. The service is pretty mediocre, the staff doesn't smile much but they get the jobdone. Thanks for the great meal! Read more
