I went into this location for breakfast around 945, the blonde haired artist said they were out of eggs so I I asked if there... were any specials, she said steak, as she was putting the veggies I confirmed the toppings and near the end I asked for honeymustard and a little mayo, she proceeded to put on 2 lines of mayo to which I said I just asked for a little, to my surprise,she seems to suggest that I said a little mustard, nothing about the mayo?what happened to the customer is always right or?sorry sir, would you like me to fix it?. I had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 7:10pm and I didn't get my subs until 7:30. They kept waiting to complete... my order and fufilled the people who were coming in AFTER my subs were already supposed to be completed. Great service from two hard working staff members. Clean tables. Lettuce was brown today for some reason. Staff permitted an... unmasked individual in the store and many times I saw staff working with their makes pulled down. Didn't think Ontario wasquite there yet with relaxing restrictions yet. I have never had such a bad experience in a subway before. We are regular are subway, we love the chain. I think the owners are... having tough time with the pandemic perhaps. Only 1 girl working in the entire restaurant!! No manager or supervisor. Overcharged me for the subway and couldn't refund because there was no manager. Not to mention the long wait that I had to wait. Itturned into a big deal with customers not happy when it didn't have to had there been 2 people working. I was not pleased with a recent visit to this location. Manager (name starts with an A) could do a better job of keeping things... professional. It is a work environment not a place to hang out and chit chat about your private lives or be looking at yourcellphone. Read more
