I mean this is probably going to seem petty but we ordered two of the festive specials and one of them was supposed to have... seasoned fries and of course we get it home and it doesn?t. The problem for us is we live out in the country and it?s notpractical to return to get the order corrected so it just turns out to be a disappointment. When we got there to pick up ourorder there was no one in the restaurant and no one waiting to pick up n order ahead of us or behind us so it?s not like it wasa ?really busy night? situation. And the order was done online so like, you can just look at it anytime to make sure it?s right.It?s not the first one that we got wrong and e don?t order Swiss Chalet as takeout often, usually we eat in the restaurant soall this really means is when we consider take out Swiss Chalet will join Burger King s one of the places we won?t considerordering from because it usually ends up in n annoying experience. I ordered quarter chicken, (white meat) meal with French fries through the drive thru. When I opened the bag there was no... cutlery, no butter for my dinner roll and the piece of chicken was actually smaller then my dinner roll, it was literally just adrumstick!! It's very limited with options for a Swiss chalet. The Harvey's and Swiss Chalet are combined. You don't get a full menu but the... food is still good. Read more
I went through the drive-through yesterday. the order taker was polite as was the girl at the window. When we got home several... things were certainly needing correcting by the management team. The chicken in the sandwiches was terrible!---there was piecesof bone and gristle in the meat!--it was dried out and cold!--threw it out! I had asked that the receipt be put in the bag,there was a cash register tape that was blank!--come on guys! Read more

Me and my s/o have ordered from here many times and it is usually quite good quality. However, he went to pick us up some food... tonight and our spring rolls were horribly burnt (see photo). This is not the first time they have been burnt, but this is byfar the worst i have seen them. Who would honestly package these up and serve them to a customer thinking that is ok to sendout!? We didn?t see this until he got home, so no point going all the way back. Not impressed to say the least. Giving 3 starsbecause the service is good and usually the food is of better quality than the spring rolls looked tonight, but those were notacceptable to be serving. Read more
This is the second time within two months we ordered a full back rib dinner from this location. Both times the ribs were... overcooked and terribly dried out. This dinner alone, is over $30 these days and we will not take a chance again. We orderedearly in the dinner hour so it makes no sense that the ribs should have been in such a condition.
