I was surprised that they were close when we were there Its only two people working inside . The lined up is very long .
My order was literally 2 coffees, 4 timbits and a sandwich, there were 2 people ahead of me and I was in there for 20 minutes.... If you're in a hurry I don't recommend this location. Read more
Drive thru was quick. Walk in was super slow. Half of line walked out without ordering.
Fast service is always great. Useless if the order is not correct. Ps...STIR THE COFFEE.....
This is number 2 of three Tim Horton's and the wait times and consistency in the coffee making are average. I think this is... because of a high employee turnover. Read more
What can I say? Tim Hortons during the covid pandemic. Of course it was drive-thru and unfortunately very busy. The staff were... patient while waiting for us to decide what to get and presented our order with a pleasant greeting and smile. Well done. Read more

Definitely, it?s a need for improvement location! For the last two, each time I go there the indoor is closed and just running... on the drive thru. Strathroy seams to be a nice community people. I think this location needs to offer more than a drive thru.Also, I sensed that staff are burnt out. With them luck and hopefully things turn around for better. Read more
