Everytime I've been here the place is drive thru only, I'm assuming due to lack of staff. I went not long ago and there was... literally one employee. The owner needs to do better. That's no way to treat your employees . Why stay open if you can't staffit correctly? Read more

Went through the drive thru and ordered 3 items, 2 of which involved in app offer which was activated. Didn't work when app was... scanned. Worker called over a lady who was not polite at all. Turns out the manager was Cathy. I Advised a number of timesapp offers not working at drive thru and should get it fixed. She advised not their problem but mine, which I advised works atother locations but not hear. Asked can give me the reduced rate offered on their app and said she can't. I recommended havetech person come in and fix app system on their side which she refused. She then told me to call Tims Support to get me points. Told her again it was for a lower payment not points. I asked if manager and she pointed to her shirt and asked if I can see itsays manager. Nothing remotely of manager on the shirt, only Tim's Hortons. Which I pointed out to her, then she says... "wellcan't you see the difference between my shirt and other workers" which I asked how can I see the difference in others shirtswhen I'm outside. I asked how long she's been a manager and advised since April. I then advised her that managers like her arewhy they are super short on staff. The manager was completely ignorant from the get go and got even worse when I madesuggestions to fix there side of issues. Read more

I'm not sure what is going on at this Tim Hortons. They say they are short on staff... but they haven't had the restaurant open... for about two months. Only the drive through. I think there were two people in the store yesterday. I ordered 2 donuts. When Idrove up to the window it took them 5 min to come to the window and serve me. I was wondering if they were making the donuts. The boy who served me had the personality of a door knob. I don't know but they better get their sh$& together. Read more

Unfortunately I would avoid this place if you're stopping in for a quick coffee on a trip. Multiple visits at different times on... different days have had me waiting upwards of 20 min for a single coffee. Staff are friendly but speed is not something that isfocused on here. Read more

This must be the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited. The restaurant area was entirely closed due to staffing issues. We... arrived in 3 cars. They messed up the turkey club sandwich by producing a sandwich which actuslly had cheese on the outer sideof bread slices! A drink ordered with milk alternative was prepared with milk. We had a seriously milk allergic kid in ourvehicle. Luckily we checked before first sip. And one of our sandwich orders to a super long time to be prepared. Read more

When Did Tim Horton?s Stop Caring? This location? jeez. Like countless times in the past month, the storefront was locked with... a sign claiming the closure was due to a ?staffing issue.? How has this not been solved within an entire month? It?s completelyunacceptable for a storefront business. Where is the trust and dependability? Forced to use the drive thru section instead, Idid so, and ordered a small milk for my toddler. After paying with debit, I was subsequently informed that there wasn?t actuallyany milk left in stock. After I already paid! This forced my hand once again, this time, to accept a substitution I didn?t evenwant. If you are out of a product, inform the customer before they pay. Simple. And more than that, respectful. At least pretendthat you care, put on a professional front. So many frustrating, unprofessional situations have occurred at this location thatshow a complete lack of care or respect for their customers. This is not the Tim Horton?s brand that I once knew, but it?sbecoming the new face of it, and if it?s not managed very soon, sadly, this poor version of it will be all that remains. Get agrip. Provide the service you?re supposed to. Simply put? Care. Read more

My coffee/food was very good, and well made. The wait time is a bit slower than, others but, they serve a lot of the plants... workers. So, it is understandable considering the amount of cars/people served each day. Even so, they are very quickconsidering the lines. Read more
