Fire Tower is definitely the top restaurant at Stratton. There is not a huge variety in general in the village but Fire Tower... is definitely a great restaurant. The vibe is nice, service is good, food was great - nice drink and beer menu (cans) - they'vedone away with their taps recently but thats ok because the VT can beers are excellent and you have a wide selection to choosefrom - all fresh from VT breweries, hard not to like. Reservations are suggested as they do get busy being there are not a lotof options in the Village - we got lucky and were able to walk in (party of 2) but only once. Been turned away the others timeswe tried to walk in. Oh and prices were reasonable as well. Read more

Great food but is located on a resort. Nice selection of local beer.

Delicious lamb lollipops, lobster roll, and swordfish with Pineapple salsa and fennel slaw. White chocolate mousse with blondie... bits and fresh berries was our shared dessert. Good service, friendly and efficient. Read more

Really enjoyed the cocktails! Food is delicious and just what you need after a long day on the slopes. The salmon is one of my... favorites also the pork chop. Can be tough to get a table at times (only nice sit down restaurant currently open in the village)so plan ahead. Friendly staff, good vibes & overall great experience. Read more

Sat outside (COVID times) but indoor is open. Admittedly was skeptical given its at Stratton, but the food was great. The... seafood medley pasta was a generous size and the seafood was so fresh! Ahi tuna nacho was great too! Service was solid. Everyoneenjoyed the night. Read more

My wife and I had dinner at the Fire Tower Restaurant & Tavern twice during our stay at Stratton. Expect resort prices...not... cheap for tavern food (see pictures of the menu) but you get a lot of food. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Nice casual restaurant. Great place to have dinner after a day on the trails. 3/17/19 - We ordered the flat breads the firstnight. I had the Margherita Ala Prosciutto and it was fantastic. My wife ordered the Green Mountain and it "tasted reallyhealthy." 3/18/19 - We ordered the Local Bowl and the Jerk Wings and highly recommend both. Read more

Just wow is all I can say. Out of the 6 foodies that were in the group I can safely say everyone was blown away by the food and... drinks. I had a bacon old fashion which was very tasty and the ahi tuna nachos were absolutely to die for. Make a reservationearly because this one you don't want to miss. Read more
