It was honestly one of the strangest experiences my family has had while dining out. First, we arrived on a Saturday night... around 6:00 p.m. and it was completely dead inside (not what I was expecting for a popular pizza chain). I was visibly carryingmy one year old and had to ask for a high chair. They did not offer kids menus. When the waitress came with our drinks, she didnot have straws. She said she would be right back with them, but then proceeded to wait on other tables. She finally returnedwith the straws and took our order. She kept complaining about how she was the only wait staff (on a SATURDAY?!) and how she hadbeen working 12 hour days everyday. She said her brain was completely wiped. She asked our two young children if they would liketo color and when she returned with coloring pages/crayons, she griped about how she has to purchase them with her own money. Ihonestly felt bad for her, given you could see her unhappiness with her work place. The time to get our food took forever(remember, hardly anyone else in the restaurant). They did seem steady with carry-out, however. I am fairly confident that myfamily got food poisoning from this overly priced restaurant. Needless to say, we won?t be back. Read more

We ordered thin crust sausage pizza and pasta. The crust was terrible, like it had way too much sugar in it. It was like eating... a thick cookie with pizza sauce and cheese on top. The cheese was very thick and you could hardly notice the sausage. Our son, who ordered pasta, ended up eating pizza because the pasta order that was placed at 9:34 didn't come out until 10:20 and theyweren't even busy, Only 3 tables. Initially, I wasn't going to pay for the pasta and sent it back to the kitchen. However, iknow some establishments will charge the server for the loss so I decided, to take it to go, tomorrow's lunch. The waitressforgot several items and didn't even apologize, she never came to see if we needed refills, napkins, water or whatever. Oneguest who initially ordered water, tried to get her attention so that she could order soda to drink with her greasy pizza, tried at least four times before just giving up and deciding she'll just eat it at home where she has soda to wash it down.Since we were a party of 9, which included 3 children under 10, a service fee of 18% was included in the bill. Had we gotten atleast the basic service she would have easily had gotten the 18% tip. Had she smiled and attempted to interact with us or actthe least bit concerned about the orders coming out late, brought us some napkins, refilled some drinks she would've gotten atip well above the 18%. The service was so terrible that myself and the other guest party contested the service fee. Themanager, after blaming her kitchen staff and leaving no accountability on her waitress, eventually removed the service fee. Westill tipped her because she did bring our food to the table but, she only got 10% of what she could've gotten that nightbecause we only received 10% of the service we should've gotten. Treat your customers better or get a different job. Read more

Their thin crust pizza is just as good as their Chicago style pizza! We always order pizzas from this Giordano?s location as... they always seem to make the pizza perfectly the way we request and it?s piping hot whether delivered or pickup. We tried 1/2pesto chicken and it was delicious!! Stick with the best pizza and leave alone the rest! ???- Chicago stuffed pizza fromGiordano?s Streamwood location is always excellent. We did the online ordering carryout and it was pretty streamlined. I signedup for their club and received a free entree size salad with the pizza which was great. The pizza had decent amount of freshspinach and ground beef along with the tomato sauce on the top. I like that the tomatoes are pulpy and not all spices up! Youget the true flavor of the tomatoes and they just marry well with the rest if they ingredients. Their salads are always freshand their lemon vinegar dressing tastes very light and bright. Winner for dinner any day! ?? I usually get delivery but we hadcompany in town so we dined in. Best idea. The calamari & artichoke plate for appetizer was really good. Very good and generousportion for 4 of us. The pizza came out piping hot and didn?t disappoint. I may start dining in as the pizza tasted much betterand the bottom didn?t get soggy either. After having Giordano?s at many locations, I have to say the Streamwood location is thewinner for best quality and taste! Read more
