If I could leave negative stars I would. Placed an order online at 6:55 walk in 7 minutes later to be told they have no French... bread left and only had enough sliced bread to make two of my three sandwiches. The place obviously doesn't think they will getany other orders for the next hour they are open. Person offered me nothing to say sorry or make me want to come back. This isthe second time I had issues here a few weeks ago my same order was made incorrectly and when I called about it I barely got asorry. I ordered it through door dash and Jimmy Johns got both my sandwiches wrong. Ordered a Vito but they literally just put lettuce... and tomato that was it. Also ordered a little John and there wasn?t any beef. And to top it all off they was a note that says notip? Wow. Umm excuse me but I was ready with cash at door to hand the delivery guy the tip. Completely unprofessional! Long waits! Disrespectful to the people they sever. The last five times I ordered from the... Streamwood,, location. Only one time was my order correct and within a half hour window, for delivery. The other four times,either I had to wait over an hour to be lied to several times when I called them to check in my order and one time I ordered wascompletely incorrect. So please be careful when you order from this place. They are not a quality establishment!!!! Read more
I usually order eight to ten sandwiches and everything that goes with them for the company I work for. Order is always ready... when they say it will be and the sandwiches are always made perfectly per my specifications. Restaurant is always clean and allthe employees are very friendly and helpful! Ordered no onions and they gave me extra onions on my sandwich, I use to be a work at Jimmy Johns and I know how good service... and quality food should be. It tasted like 2 day old meat and the bread was super stale. This Jimmy Johns is not it. Read more
Ordered lunch yesterday from this Jimmy Johns. The delivery was only $1.25 which was awesome. The order arrived in less than 10... minutes it was so good! The bread was fresh and it was made perfectly. Great job guys! Read more
