Every time I come here I?m in hopes that they?ll get my order right or that they?ll have what I came there for but every time... Don't know where to start. I'm glad I have the opportunity to review this establishment. We visited this place a few months ago,... I had forgotten apparently because I agreed to walk in again and eat here, Big mistake! I ordered something from the wall theyhave displayed with pictures and prices, it was the 8 pieces of chicken and 3 large sides and 4 bisquits, the price said 24.95plus taxes, they charged me 25.95 plus taxes. I asked why? said that is the price and I said well you advertisement says 24.95,they still had the same answere, so I just said ok. So I paid the the 25.95 plus the taxes. Then we got our order to EAT IN andI asked for plates, the person said we don't have plates and I said what?, so how are we suppose to eat here? he said just fromthe bucked and with your hands, lol, I can eat chicken with my hands but how can 4 people eat from the 3 large sides with nosilverware or plates, Lol. So I asked someone else and they said the same we don't have plates, I said we'll where do you servethe normal side orders he said in this black little plastic containers, I said can we have 4 please. So he gave me 4 and I alsoasked for silverware and ketchup and napkins, previously I had asked for 4 cups for water which I was handed but when I wasabout to get the water there WAS NO WATER IN THE MACHINE, so they had to fill the cups for us, finally we can enjoy our meal Ithought, well NOT HAPPENING the chicken was SO DRY, you could see the dark spots on the chicken, NOT FRESH AT ALL, at this pointI was so upset I just ate what I had already paid for just wanted to eat and leave. At the end our children wanted to washtheir hands to remove the grease, I accompanied them to the bathroom and we'll the restroom was clean but there was no liquidsoap or hand soap, we had to use the hand sanitizer instead as soap then rinse with water. Tonight I had the chicken bowl meal. It was awesome. I will definitely be back to have this meal again. Their fries are great... too. The staff here are nice and will make things right if any mistakes are made with your order. Read more

The food at the KFC on Barrington Rd is hit or miss. I have gotten chicken that had obviously been sitting around. This has... happened more than once. The last time I went I asked the attendant if it was fresh..just made. I hate paying good money for oldchicken. Read more
I was overcharged for what I was given at the Roselle & Wise Rd location. When I returned to allow them to correct the... situation, the drive thru worker, possibly the manager, had an attitude and did not bother to explain how I was charged andclosed the window before I could ask my follow-up question. I was not rude or disrespectful so based on this poor customerservice, I will NOT be returning to this KFC ever!!! Read more
Wings had too much breading but they were okay other than that. Everything else is good as KFC can be.
They take forever other kfc are fast this one is slow. I had to repeat my order at the window never coming here again
