Like others have noted their service has gone downhill at this location. They are getting very skimpy on the portion of meat... they serve in their beefs. Barely any peppers either. Also the food is ALWAYS COLD! They always throw the fries in the bag sothat they land all on the bottom of the bag. Pretty ridiculous when you spend easily $15-20 just for one order. This used to bemy favorite location to go to. They just don?t care anymore and have sloppy sloppy service. It?s really sad to see this locationgo. This was one of my favorite go to locations, but extremely disappointed in the service I just received. I have an hungry... teenager whose food was not delivered. I just spent 20 minutes on a phone call where the restaurant would not allow re-deliveryor answer for a refund. My salad also had brown lettuce. I know you receive thousands of orders a day so my single orderprobably doesn?t matter as you didn?t want to re-deliver or answer DoorDash. Read more
This is an older location so it's a little dingy and gloomy, but the food is parallel to any other location. Maxwell polish is... always great, burgers are yummy and the cheese fries are the best. Read more

First ever Chicago dog. Wow. Not greasy and super crunchy the bun was perfect for the jumbo dog love it
Big beefs are getting chintzy on meat and hot peppers. Asked three times to ensure we got EXTRA gravy, got to window, NO GRAVY!... See picture: more bread than beef, sparse giardinara with one, two jalapenos on entire sandwich. They've been going down hilllately at the Streamwood location. Read more

Great food. Always fresh & flavors. The malts are the best Italian beef what's better than on a croissant with cheddar cheese... melts in your mouth. It is fantastic go and share ribs awesome. ???? Read more
