A little to much Liquid smoke for flavor but other than that not bad and homemade chips had way to much seasoning on them.

The barbecue was good, didn't care to much for the baked beans (tasted similar to canned ones). The service was helpful. They... have tables outside only. Would try again. Read more

Phenomenal! Wow what amazing flavor! I don?t care for most Barbecue but my son had the sundae at Taste Of Illinois Valley & had... me try his & I?m sold! Coleslaw was so creamy & I must admit the Mac n cheese was better than my Momma?s! Both the pulledchicken & pork had such an amazing smoky flavor you must try! Read more

I've had BBQ from many different cities and states, Dig Dougs BBQ is so nice I came back the next day and had it twice. Highly... recommend trying the hot BBQ sauce but I will say that not one thing I've had on their menu has disappointed me. We will be backregularly. It's family friendly with mini golf in back but if you feel like takeout they have a very convenient drive thruoption. Don't forget the Root Beer!! Read more

Tagged along with my husband to Streator on business. I was hoping to find good BBQ since our favorite place back home closed.... It was so great and they were so kind! We are now planning to start taking day trips from Bloomington to Streator just to comehere again. Thanks for the great meal! Read more

50/50 sandwich w/fries. Pork and beef had a nice smoke taste, both were really tender! Hope to be back and try the ribs... sometime! Read more

Fantastic food. The rib meat falls off the bones, it's moist and juicy. The pulled pork is full of flavor. Plenty of great... homemade sauces to choose from. 10/10 restaurant. The owner is very friendly and gives generous portions of food. Highlyrecommended! Read more

Went to this food truck place outside the traders shop. The menu was small but that's great for places like this. There's bbq... sandwiches, nachos, and ribs and brisket by the pound. The wait was super long but there wasn't a lot of people, per say. Butthere was only one person at the counter and she was also cooking. That's what made the line move so slow. It was also rightafter lunch time. I did meet the owners brother though. And learned the owner was owning a full service restaurant. I orderedthe brisket and rib sandwiches. Both were very moist and savory. The brisket, although moist, would not have been less tastingwith a tad bit of salt. The bbq sauce different than what I'm used to. Rather than a thick sauce it was a thinner sauce but wasmore peppery, which i liked. The only difference to the sauce i would like to see is it being served warm instead ofchilled. All in all, a great stop for lunch!!!! I would stop in again. Read more
