I?ve been stopping here in the morning every day for years, when I pull up to the drive through I almost don?t even have to tell... them my order, not once have I had a bad experience here in the 2 years I?ve lived in this town, my card was declined today andbefore I could whip up enough cash I was told to leave and not to worry about it, and to pay for them later, I?ve seen somespills while sitting in the drive through, and it is cleaned up in less then a minute, and there are so much more good things tosay but I?ll Keep this short, a lot of these negative reviews don?t add up to me, 10/10 would recommend to anyone Read more
It was honestly the worst! There?s tons of flies, the place isn?t maintained, they?re always out of half of their items, and the... things they have are 50/50 if it?ll taste old or not. One guy was being rude to other staff over drive and was angrily callingright by where I was trying to order made it impossible to hear the person. Didn?t even want my coffee anymore. Baskin side issuuuuper overpriced too. Don?t see why a latte needs to be $7 and a milkshake is $10. Don?t even bother!!!! just go elsewhere Read more
I would rather drive to Morris Dunkin than drink anything from this place anymore. Guys were always rude & the coffee is always... disgusting here, but good at any other Dunkin. Read more
This place is terrible! I DoorDash, I received an order for a sundae. I go to pick it up at 7:40 pm and the store is closed.... They are supposed to be open until 8:00 pm. I also don?t want to hear the excuse that they have no staff! Every other restaurantin town has no problem staying open until their regular closing time even with a staff shortage. The OWNERS should be the onesstaying late if you don?t have staff!!!! Lastly, when someone is there and I pick up an order, I always have to ask them to putthe order in a bag, seal it and include a spoon or straw! SMH! They take forever to get to you for your order. They don?t inform you on the app if they?re closed and I was ordering at like... 4:45am on my way to work, and the girl had a nasty look on her face after the SECOND day, telling me they don?t technically openuntil 5am. I would give it NO stars if I could! They have been out of skim milk for weeks and today they are still out of it so ordered a... strawberry drink as an alternative and they are out of strawberry mix. I know they are hiring but who would want to work at aplace that can't keep product in stock! I've been a loyal customer daily for a couple of years but after today I will go toStarbucks! Never make order correct. There?s always missing or wrong item send when order for delivery. Plus there?s no way to contact the... store since there number on website is incorrect. I will never order again from here. Read more
