Best Royal Farms experience I have ever had! I called ahead needing a platter of chicken very quickly for a large family... gathering. They not only made us FRESH CHICKEN, they had it done in record time! When we arrived they had almost finished theorder and we were given complimentary drinks and a taste test for the chicken to make sure the quality was up to par. This is the best Royal Farms I have ever been to. Carol makes the most amazing food I have ever tasted; I didn't know RoFo food... could ever taste that good. I literally drive past a Royal Farms to go to this one instead because it's in a whole other league.The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection when Carol is in the kitchen. Jess is also a great employee. She works hardand makes sure the store is clean and presentable. This is the only establishment I've ever visited where you can TELL theyclean their fountain drink machine. (I can tell she cleans it REGULARLY too.) Never have I ever seen such clean drink spouts.Jess does an amazing job keeping the store in check and Carol does an amazing job keeping the kitchen under control. Those 2make an amazing team and I wish every other store would take note. Even during a dinner rush, they both keep their head andhandle everything perfectly and efficiently. Fast friendly service, fantastic chicken, no longer have brewed ice tea, just the chemical made stuff from a faucet, tastes... awful. And don't even think about trying the fast "brewed" coffee, not worth the time or money. This used to be my go to placefor excellent coffee and brewed sweet tea, at least they still cook chicken..... So I could see less then full stars because only complaint is getting a fuel pump! Always someone in the way. But. the staff is... always very pleasant. Best chicken of all the other rofos I have been to. Little old lady is the best at making it. Manager isnice guy to. I stop here for my fuel once a week. Read more
Rude staff, not impressed. Placed an order for a 32 piece family platter the night before I needed it, came to pick it up and it... hadn't been made. Was given the excuse that the post-it they wrote the order on fell off the fridge, so they assumed it wascancelled. Told I could wait for them to make more. There was enough chicken already made at the counter, had to ask for thatinstead, it was wasn't offered as an option instead of waiting. Read more
Its a convenience store... Gas. Deli mostly good chicken. Prices are basic convenience prices. Gas is usually lower or... competitively equal to other stations in the area. Read more
I went here to get some chicken, placed my order, the chicken lady told me, after waiting about 30 minutes, that it will be one... to two HOURS to prepare and seemed to surly to care or offer an alternative. She failed to take any personal responsibility forthe situation and blamed it on the world. She also failed to offer even a tiny shred of compassion to me for that. I demandeda refund and the cashier was also very surly and unapologetic. Now I go to the Wawa across the street only. Read more
I am a Muslim woman and wear a hijab. I came in with my fiance to grab some food on our roadtrip and ordered an egg and cheese... sandwich. I didn't get the chance to open the sandwich until we were on the road but when I did I found that the woman makingthe sandwiches had put bacon on my sandwich, rendering it inedible for me. I find that unacceptable and am upset that this RoyalFarms allows intolerance from its staff. Read more
