I left a review 7 months ago saying that this Wawa is mediocre. But it has changed. New management came and it?s a really nice... Wawa now! They are helpful, professional and friendly. The food and drinks are more delicious, and the food is made better andneater in general now. The new manager looks nice and like he?s fun to work for. I?m so glad they have a new manager. Every time I go to this Wawa it is always a very pleasant experience. The staff is upbeat, kind and quick. At the food counter,... drink counter and check out, each person was sure to say something kind or to tell me to have a good day. i was trykng to use the hand satiizer at the store .And it was not working . So i told the older llady at the register. And she... said that she will.tell het manager. i said ok..Ten minutes later the manager as loud as she could . Said Mary there areworking and said that lady is crazy. . I stopped by this Wawa location in between jobs to grab myself some Luigi's Italian Water Ice, mango flavored. A bottle of... Peach/Mango flavored Body armor and bottle of cold water to chase it all down. Once again Wawa was a great choice because theyalways have what I need and serve it up with great customer service. i love wawa and visit every morning. sometimes multiple times a day. this morning, upon my 10 minutes of being in the store, i... saw two customers without masks just walking around and being served. not a word said to either customer. this infuriated me. asa place that serves self served coffee and food, there should be stricter rules. Edit: Bagel Melts have been ready these past couple times. Service has gotten better too. Thanks Dublin Wawa! Old: Try having... some Bagel Melts ready in the morning maybe? Instead of just those plastic sandwiches in a box. They taste like you heated up achilds toy instead of food. Oh and when a customer asks you a question, don't just walk away. That is so rude. The service at this Wawa made me so upset. Me and a few friends went in and ordered a quesadilla. Me and her both get the same... order at all Wawas: a periogi quesadilla with 3 chicken tenders on the side. We special order it by telling them to cut up thechicken tenders and put them inside the quesadilla. EVERY TIME we go to any other Wawa they do it for us. We have never had aproblem before, but the lady working tonight just refused to put the chicken tenders inside. It was the blonde haired middleaged lady with a bun who caught an attitude. When she told us she wasn?t gonna do it for us, i proceeded to tell her that everyother Wawa does it. She immediately got an attitude and tried to argue with me. Even when we asked her if she can at least cutthe chicken tenders up so it?s easier for us she still said no.
