I?m very disappointed in this establishment. My first time eating from there was some cold pizza my boyfriend brought home from... work and it was delicious so i have tried to patronize this place ever since. This time my pizza dough had a taste like it wasfrozen prior and my veggies were basically still raw on the pizza. Not to mention my wings were very gummy, unappealingvisually, and seemingly not cooked all the way through. I called to advise them (after being on hold twice and someone picked upand hung up and having to call back) they gave me the option to come back and have it replaced or half credit for my next order.Both options result in my continued patronage of the establishment but i don?t want anymore. Classic pizza and fried chicken place. I think all dine-in is still closed but very worth it to order and take out. They don't... deliver to our address anymore which is probably good for my waistline. Catering options also worth it - I've used them a coupletimes for medium sized group events and always a hit. Pizza was fantastic! We do pizza reviews every Friday night on Facebook and this place we highly recommend trying.
I was excited to get my spicy garlic wings and 5 piece all-white chicken dinner. The staff was nice but the actual food to me... was a disappointment. I didn't think the food had much seasoning and it tasted bland to me. I don't think I will order fromhere again. This is just my opinion. Read more
The dining room was closed. We are traveling through, so they lost our business. I don't know the solution to these small... businesses not able to serve a couple people in the dining room, but it is going to cost them in the long run. We were solooking forward to supporting them since the reviews for the food were so promising. Get it together guys and maybe we will stopby next time we are through. Good luck! Read more
Ordered sausage. None. Called to tell them and the phone person had an attitude and told me ?I?m trying to help you?. She asked... if I wanted it re-made well yes. Then said no we can?t do that we are already backed up. Thru COVID etc I have tried to supportmy local stores but I will never, ever, ever, ever order from them again. At the end of the call I told her never mind keep themoney. This time next year, I will be surprised if this place is still open . In my business we would never treat consumers likethis. Always loved this place, doesn't taste as good anymore. Ordered $60 worth of food and was told 45-60 minutes for delivery. After... an hour and 15 minutes I called to see where they were. The kid I talked to didn't know what was going on and put me on hold, Ifinally talked to a manager (BLAKE) who told me the food was about to be there (which means they just left because I'm 5 minutesaway). Didn't apologize or anything! I asked for some type of refund or discount and he said he could credit me $5 (for $60!?)He said they're shirt staffed and it's not their fault if it doesn't get there in time. Horrible management!!
