The Streetsboro Chipotle is really going downhill. The facility is regularly understaffed which is not the fault of the... employees. Super slow but that's to be expected at chipotle. Biggest issue I had was there was nobody dinning inside yet every time was... dirty and the garbage cans overflowing. It's been a few years since I've ate at a chipotle mainly because of the wait times butthis was an even worse overall experience. Guess I'll try again in a few years. Read more
An employee here just asked me if I wanted to work there and then told me to ?get the **** out? because I asked for a refund for... my order which still wasn?t ready 30 minutes after the pickup time. 30 minutes! This used to be a great store, but it?s beenabsolute garbage for a while now. I go back every 6 months to see if it?s better, but it just keeps getting worse. It?s sadbecause my kids love chipotle, but this is the closest one and I?m done with them. Last time I was there they let me standaround for 20 minutes waiting for my order before they claimed they never got it (it showed received and paid for on my end). This has is the worst place I?ve ever got food from. 1. Ordered two bowls no pepper and onions and when we asked they said it... will take a few minutes. Beyond annoyed! Anytime I order lunch to work this chipotle forgets a fork so I make sure I get chips so I have something to eat... the food with. I?ve ran into issues where the rice is uncooked and many times where they hardly give me any rice at all. Checkout the photo today hardly any rice and so much sour cream I had to spoon it off! Just received my delivery order and the rice was so undercooked that it was almost as if it was poured out of the bag. When I... contacted the restaurant about it, they refused to replace the order and if they did, it was going to be with the same rice thatI was previously served. This comment was directly from the manager at the restaurant. Therefore, if you are placing an ordertoday, you are going to be served raw rice. I guess serving customers undercooked food is acceptable. Finally, I did contactcorporate customer service and they were nice, but this didn?t fix the current situation. Read more
