Horrible service ordered xl hot coffee cream and sugar, medium hot coffee cream and sugar 2 glazed donuts and a blueberry donut.... They didn't put the 2 glazed donuts on the order no big deal but ended up waiting 15min for the 2 coffees. Read more
The reviews of this Dunkin are horrible. Despite the reviews I thought I would give it a try. Here are my thoughts. 1) the line... was pretty long. No fault of the workers. It actually went pretty quick! I was impressed at their turn over rate. I think I wasin line for maybe 15 min TOPS. Quicker than the other leading coffee shops. 2) I got the pumpkin spice latte. Pretty good! I?venever liked their coffee before, but this one was great. No complaints in the coffee section for me. 3) I got an everythingbagel with cream cheese. It was just a little too toasty for my liking but it was still good. I see a lot of reviews sayingtheir food was burnt. I can definitely understand the concern. I would recommend turning the dial of the toaster down about 15seconds or so. But still edible in my case. The other thing was the underwhelming amount of cream cheese. I?ve been to otherDunkin? and they?ve given me wayyy too much. Here they gave me not enough. It was for the bagel that I give this review 4/5stars. I think management just needs to read these reviews and update their toasters. I would return to this Dunkin again. Theyseemed to have good staff, with about 6 people behind the counter this morning. i don't like to complain because the workers don't get paid enough, but we're there pretty often and the latest group of people... they hired haven't been the best. the drinks are never made consistently and sometimes the food gets burnt to a crisp where it'sbasically inedible Read more
You wait inside for one drink for almost 15 minutes you wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes for one drink they have no flow... and move of things its said were there almost a half hour for just one coffee. Absolutely no other dunkin is like that. Theyshould really work on not goofing off so much and doing their jobs. Makes me want to start going to Starbucks at least they keepthings moving Read more
Rolled through to get a frozen coffee with mocha and blueberry, and my girl got an iced coffee.. Not only was my frozen coffee... almost completely white, they put none of the flavors in that either of us asked for. They tasted like water. They have 10people in there and apparently none of them know how to do their jobs. Absolutely would not recommend, drive another 10 or 15minutes to another location and you're guaranteed to have a better experience. This place is hot garbage Read more
