Please close the doors permanently. This store is hardly ever open even on prime lunch time on a weekday and even Saturday... during lunch. Starbucks right next door is busy as can be. You would think ownership would want to capitalize and make money offthis alone. Read more
I absolutely LOVE Jimmy Johns but most of all love the staff at this location they are always so nice and have my order here in... no time! I order from them 2 times a week on both days they are open mind you I wish they were open more but I completelyunderstand why they are not. You cant force no one to work you can only do so much and if you don't got the staff you don't haveit so I'm just happy they are open those 2 days but pray they get workers only for their sake not mine . And I have to mentionwhat just happened I actually work right across the street at the Wingate and its Thursday so I order my fave Jimmy Johns! Wellim addicted to their chips so I usually order 2 bags, but when I opened the bag I only seen one so I just called to double checkto see if I ordered them or If I just forgot this time which I did forget, so they asked me if I would like to order a bag andi proceeded to tell them I would not make them come back over for one bag of chips. so I started to eat my lunch and seen thedelivery driver who is always soooo nice and I chat with every time comes in he actually brought me a free bag of chips and Ithought that was just the nicest thing for him to do that im gonna have to get his name. This location is never open! Honestly I wish it would just close and something else open. As much as I love Jimmy Johns food,... the leadership of this location can?t run a business. Open twice a week for 4 hours what a joke. Also the staff when they arethere (which is pretty much never) is rude and disrespectful and act like they are doing you a favor just to have showed up forwork. Employees treat you like you shouldn't be there. Very uncomfortable experience every single time. Bath room dirty and no soap.... No management to address any issue ever. If you don't want to work there then quit. Don't take it out on the customer. I was denied service because despite the fact I DID HAVE A MASK ON, it would fall below my nose as I tried to talk therefore I... was told it is company policy they will not serve me by the guy making sandwhiches. However you can dine in and eat WITHOUT amask and thats ok. Kinda completely sounds backwards but to make matters even worse the employees were not welcoming at all. Great place to stop for a quick lunch. Always well staffed for the lunch rush, sandwiches are always fast and well made.... Generally there is space to sit, but if I stop in for lunch I'll usually just bring it back to my office. The restaurant isalways clean, but parking can at times be tough. Read more
