1st these restaurants need to put a sign out if there going to close the inside. So my experience is i ordered online. Pick up... was 20 minutes after. I placed my chicken order at the drive through! They were out of chicken breasts. I was told to wait. After waiting 15 minutes... in my hot car, dining room was closed, I went through line again. I was told my order was too large, should have ordered online. That was in 2021, I?ve never been back!! Other KFC?s have very friendly workers!! I am concerned about this restaurant. I walked into the store today and there was a terrible odor, something like spoiled meat.... I couldn't stand it long enough to order. I can't speak to their food or service, but they need to work on sanitation for thehealth of employees and customers. I was surprised because historically, I have had decent food at this store. I placed an online order for pick up and was very pleased when I got there and the order was ready for pick up exactly on time.... I paid for it online with my credit card, but when I got there I didn?t have any of the drinks that were included with themeals. No problem. When I realized they were missing, they quickly filled them and I was on my way. Unfortunately when I gothome I found the cookies included in the meal were missing, as well as the order of slaw I ordered and was charged for.
