I will never order from this pizza hut again the store manager Leona is very rude and aggressive when they gave my pizza to the... wrong door dash driver. When I ordered from pizza hut not door dash. So needless to say i never received my food. I get thingshappen but when I asked for a refund she told me no and started shouting. I emailed corporate and she replied to me with a nastyemail telling me God don't like ugly. As a store manager she needs to be retrained on how to treat her patrons of her business. Read more
The Steetsboro location prepared 2 orders of chicken alfredo pasta with literally no alfredo sauce on the pasta. The cheese... breadsticks were also burnt. When we tried to call to talk to the manager, the phone number takes you to a call center thatsays they are putting you through to the store but then literally put us on hold for over 30 minutes listening to a recordingabout how important we are to them.
