I will never order from this pizza hut again the store manager Leona is very rude and aggressive when they gave my pizza to the... wrong door dash driver. When I ordered from pizza hut not door dash. So needless to say i never received my food. I get thingshappen but when I asked for a refund she told me no and started shouting. I emailed corporate and she replied to me with a nastyemail telling me God don't like ugly. As a store manager she needs to be retrained on how to treat her patrons of her business. Read more
The Steetsboro location prepared 2 orders of chicken alfredo pasta with literally no alfredo sauce on the pasta. The cheese... breadsticks were also burnt. When we tried to call to talk to the manager, the phone number takes you to a call center thatsays they are putting you through to the store but then literally put us on hold for over 30 minutes listening to a recordingabout how important we are to them. They need to follow the requests of the customers. Can?t add extra sauce and not cook it more as I requested. I don?t care how... nice the guy was if the food is bad it?s not worth it. FYI 12 miles out of our way to get bad food. We won?t be back! Read more
The Streetsboro Ohio store never answers their phone. I have a $10 credit because they messed up on a previous order and didn?t... deliver everything I had ordered. The only way I can apply the supposed credit is by calling the store, but they never answerthe phone. And to top it off, the Pizza Hut hotline system they use doesn?t have that information to be able to apply saidcredit. This is a very terrible business practice. Read more
I really hate to leave a review but after several experiences I must. Food ordered not prepared correctly, cannot get in contact... with store, customer service hangs up, and you go in for it to only happen several times. I want to add 4/22. I am taking awayone star I came back again and the lack of customer service continues. I come back and the truck is unloading.
