Excellent customer service! The website listed this store as open when it had different holiday hours, and it took an order. I... was not sure how to handle it when I drove up to a locked store, but as I stood outside of the store, one of the employees droveup and immediately rushed in to make our pizza. I have never had a good experience ordering from Romeo?s, although the food is good the service is the worst you?ll find. I?ve... waited an hour for delivery only to find out that though they advertise delivery they don?t have drivers and use door dash. Soafter an hour I just have to be patient and wait another half hour then they?ll make it right, what a joke. Read more
Pizza was delicious and cooked how I wanted it. Unfortunately the delivery guy from DoorDash forgot the 2 liters I purchased.... The manager was super nice and understanding. Sodas came later but I'm glad it was hassle-free. Read more
I won't give a share here, because I have a family member working here (1 yr) but I was appalled at the way management was... treat his "working" employees. I gave this establishment 1 star due to the fact the delivery driver was very pleasant and prompt also she followed the Covid... guidelines. The food is another story. We ordered a steak sandwich, jo jo potatoes, and a meatball sub. The so-called steaksandwich should have been named a steak jerky sandwich. The ground meat patty was burnt, dried out and non existent. The saladon top of the non existent meat was an absolute mess. The jo jo potatoes were nothing but dried out potato wedges with somecayenne pepper sprinkled on them. The manager should go next door to Blasiole's and order jo jo potatoes to see and taste whata real jo jo is. The meatball sub was average and nothing to write home about. Have had better in a cafeteria. At a premiumprice of over $30 we expected a much better meal. I think that Romeo's should get rid of the items they just can't accomplishmaking correctly and tastefully and maybe just stick with the pizza theme.
