Isabelle made our visit to Ruby Tuesday, Streetsboro Ohio, a great one! From the minute we came in she was quick to pick up on... where we'd like to sit and was cleaning the booth quickly just for us. We had our cold drinks within minutes of ordering them.Isabelle was friendly and efficient and welcoming! The order was accurate. She asked if we needed anything and was quick tocomply with any requests. We'd come back to this location for sure after this great dining experience! We enjoyed ice cold 20ounce beers, the Phillie cheese hoagie and crispy chicken sandwich. All good! Nice to have great service and good food after along drive. Easy on and off the Ohio turnpike. Wait staff was very pleasant and helpful. Food was good. I'm only giving this a fair rating as the place could REALLY use a... good cleaning. Especially the restroom facilities. Not just a mop and bucket cleaning but a high pressure steam andsanitizing. Read more
Food was excellent! The Bourbon Salmon is great and I always love the salad bar. Our Ruby Tuesday closed down so when we travel... we try to find one. P.S. I love the peach tea! Read more
Stood waiting to be seated for almost 5 minutes...it was not busy at all. We finally sat down and it took the waitress another 5... minutes to come greet us, we left. We told her we were leaving she said 'Cool' ... that told me she either didn't want to bethere or didn't want our money. Read more
8/21/22The food is prepared well and seasoned well. The hospitality shown by waitress Janae was excellent. Nicely done. 8/22/22... Bartender Jennifer serves an accurate pour, so you won't feel cheated, waitress Alexandria was excellent as well. The dessertportions are freaking huge. One piece of cheesecake will feed three people. All round nice place. The General Manager needs tosit and look at the chairs... The chairs are soiled badly. Soap and elbow grease would really help this place, so unfortunatelythe General Manager has failed miserably. Read more
My review is a 1 star because 0 was not an option. The experience started out great. Love the salad bar and that is why we drove... 30 miles to the closest one. Salad bar didn't disappoint but the meals were a bit over done. When it went down hill was when wegot the bill. Ordered from the 2 for 24 menu and added the salad bar and a soft drink for 5. Waitress brings Bill with drinksadded. I brought it to her (Jenna B.) attention and she was irritated by my asking about it. Then came back and said it wasn'tthere, I pointed it out to her and her answer was ....fine I'll pay for it. Customer service is so bad anymore. Train employeesplease. Read more
Had been a few years since my last visit to a ruby Tuesday. After a day of kayaking, salad bar and bourbon chicken sounded... great. Got to the restaurant, was seated right away, and our server did a fantastic job of getting our drinks and orders inright away. Salad bar was very well stocked and they were doing a great job of cleaning and restocking during our visit. I gotthe bourbon chicken with grilled zucchini and a plain baked potato. Everything was great, chicken was not dry and overcooked,potato was nice and soft, and the grilled zucchini was flavorful. Great visit overall, restaurant was not overtly busy but youcould see staff was multitasking as needed to keep operations moving. Read more
The have a salad bar. I missed that. Food is great, quick service. Our waitress was kind and attentive. Certainly recommend if... you see one stop in. A little on the expensive side. But you get a big salad and properly portioned dinner. I took one star offbecause the building and furniture is getting run down. Still good atmosphere in the dining area. Read more
