When we pulled up to the drive-thru, everything was perfect. Until the "lady" at the woman ruined the WHOLE experience. We... ordered 4 cookie dough milkshakes, 1 oreo milkshake and a vanilla milkshake. She forgot to give us a couple milkshakes, and whenwe told her, she threw all of the straws in her hand and rolled her eyes at us. When she gave us our milkshakes, she threw thechanged she owed at us. And let's not forget that she was 50c off. Anywho, we had an amazing frozen dessert after sweatingrunning around Cleveland. I'm not sure what happened with this location but every time I go there to get a slushy during happy hour an employee states a... different time when happy hour begins. One said it at 2pm, another said it begins at 3pm and yet another said it begins at 5pm.Please decide what time happy hour begins and ends and post it publicly since the staff have NO clue. Read more
Pulled up to the drive in spot and was told due to staff issues I had tocuse the drive thru. Okay understandable. I order my... food and I pull around, literally 6 employees sitting at the picnic tables smoking cigarettes. I can see why there was no one totake my order. Tol it off the food was horrible, tots weren't cooked all the way, burger was thrown together, all the onionswere in the wrapper and fell off when I opened my burger. Trashy! Read more
I must say my experience here for the 1st time was not that great at all. The food was not good and had no taste whatsoever. My... popcorn chickens were over cooked and our milkshakes were mostly whipped cream. Very disappointed. Will not be back because eventhe customer service was not that great. The young lady on the intercom had an attitude and when the young man bought my foodout he dang near slung it into my car through the window. Do better young people! For fast food it's not bad. I have to be gluten free, and they served me a burger without the bread with no problems. It's nice... to be able to grab something to eat on the go, like a normal person. Read more
Fries were way old sandwich was pretty good. Order a banana shake and they didn't have banana flavoring apparently. Get peanut... butter shake instead. On the turnpike notice shake has very very little flavor. They were quick though. Read more
