Used online ordering for Grab N Go service. The store was locked upon arrival and no one came out to the Grab N Go parking... spots. Calling inside, they said to use the very full drive-thru to get the order (which required navigating 4 lanes of trafficout/in again to get in the right direction in the parking lot). After an half hour in the drive thru, my Grab N Go was handedto me. The nachos orders had literally three chips per bag/order. Bad experience all around. Read more
Attempted to order food inside. I asked to order with a person at the register and I was told I have to use the computer to... order my food. I explained I would like the person to person contact order and was denied that service. Very disappointing to beturned away because I don't want to use a computer. Read more
Waited @ drivethru window 15 to 20mins for sum1 2 take my order. Then waited another 10 to get food. Cashier was very pleasant... an accommodating 2 the best of her ability. Read more
Typical Taco Bell food, haven?t been to in some time. But this time around the food was extremely fresh with crunchy tacos and... everything else well prepared. Gotta say , this wasn?t the normal the last few times I?ve been there, I think I?ll start going alittle more often Read more
My husband an i just left taco bell literally at 3:07am Friday night the staff was nice an very Intel about there credit card... machine problem. I thank you for that. An also our food was fresh an hott made correctly an omg was so delicious best taco bellexperience an food we had!! Has to be the most inconsistent bad food and service place I have been to. You 90% will not get all of your order in drive... through, you have to go in and check. Only taco bell I have ever been in that is out of meat more then once. They need amanager or the owner should work there and do the hiring as well as managing. Read more
Ordered on the Mobile app, but did not have what I ordered. WOULD NOT GIVE A REFUND!! Spoke to manager and he couldn't offer any... help. Beware!! Not much meat in my order, all rice. For the upcharge I was expecting more. Read more
Yelled at my wife for picking up my mobile order at the drive thru. Drive the extra 2-5 miles to get the ravenna or twinsburg... one. This one is always crowded, weird/awkward and generally rude. Read more
