Went to dinner here last night, we ordered a brisket burger that was supposed to come with two burger patties, it had zero... Patties on there, it had coleslaw which was not supposed to be on there, didn't have any cheese on there which was supposed tobe on there, the whole sandwich was a mess so we told the waitress she said I can either make you another one or take it offyour bill. He said he wanted another one but in my opinion they should have done both. Also, I got to the end of my drink, andthere was a little bug in the bottom of where the ice was. So she took that off the bill. We should have had a free dinner lastnight. The waitress was very nice she accommodated us very apologetic but the manager should have been notified by her. I drove here from downtown Cleveland. Picked up my food and drove back to Lakewood where I live. I discovered that my order was... wrong and I kindly called them to report us. The sales person asked if I wanted a CREDIT or for them to remake the food? I toldher to remake the food because that?s what I?m having for dinner. The lady got very frustrated and told me fine but make sureyou bring back the food that was incorrect. Which is fine but I?ve never heard anyone request the old food back. As a matter offact In the age we live in it is unheard of. Does she really think I traveled that long way and back just to get free food? Youwould think she would say I?m sorry for the mistake or something but I got none of that. Whoever is the owner of this place willhear from me and I have a bit of advice for you. You can?t go wrong with the food. It?s the reason I go to BWW when I travel. It?s my comfort place. I know what I?ll order and... I know what I?ll get. No surprises, ever. The only variable is the service. This place was not the best. Might have been newstaff? I still recommend it, however. I?ve had far worse service, and the food was 100% as good as it gets. Read more
Very disappointed with my meal. The chicken was mushy, the tortilla was spongy and there was barely any filling in general.... Definitely not worth the price and we will keep this in mind when deciding to come again or not. I gave the overall score 2stars because the wings my husband got were good. Read more
The food was PERFECT. I don't know who was cooking but I would request them every time if I could. They added a nice light crisp... to the street taco shells which has never been done prior. Was so simple yet game changing. Perfect wedges with cheese. Thewings were on point with fresh sauce, and those new chicken tender hot dogs were so good. And the ranch, I would buy all of myranch here if they sold it in bottles. Anyway, the whole experience was like they got tipped off that corporate was dining in orsomething. I wish I had something good to say about this particular store (Strongsville, Oh) but I would be lying. If there was negative... stars to give I would give this one that. Not only did they ignore me and my family the last time we were there but they alsoignored my complaint on their Facebook page. We went there for dinner and understood that they were short staffed but afterbeing sat down was the last time we talked to any staff member despite having staff walking directly past us for over 20 minutesuntil I went and tracked down an uncaring manager. We were not the only family that walked out so I won't say that it was race.So I would avoid this store all together or you might find yourself being ignored. Read more
