Whatever you do, do NOT dine-in here. The previous pictures posted for this place show a relatively classy establishment with... nicely dressed tables. Instead, we got plastic utensils and plastic water bottles in addition to horrible service and a longwaiting time. The waiter never came to check on us, and we ended up having to yell across the restaurant to get him to bring usmore water. We paid a lot for what ended up being an extremely subpar experience. You guys need to get your act together with your menu. I had to order from Grubhub because I could not order samosas from your... website directly. I went to go pick it up at the time provided and the food was done 15 minutes after that time. I was not eventold my food was ready. The only reason I noticed was because some lady randomly put bagged food on the table and I looked overto see if it was mine since it was so late. The tikka masala was good since I could provide a spice level on Grubhub, but therewas no option to do the same on the chicken biryani and am burning my face off eating it (there is the option on your directwebsite but again, couldn?t order all my food from there). Delicious South Indian food and likely the best in this area. Great dosas and the chutney, sambar is excellent. Must try their... jeera samba mutton briyani it?s delicious?. Special mention for the vadas,fresh amazing crispy and tasty goes well withdelicious chutney and sambar. Legacy of the place speaks in its taste? Kudos to the entire team ?keep up the good work !!! Do NOT eat at this restaurant. This place is absolutely FILTHY. We walked in and the two gentlemen who worked there were laying... in a booth with their shoes off and we had to YELL to wake them. The restaurant is absolutely FILTHY and there were multipleflies as soon as we walked in. Do yourself a favor and eat at Zupadi right down the road instead! Read more
We hosted our wedding reception party in Cleveland. We were looking for some authentic Tamilnadu dishes like chettinadu chicken... biryani , curry , chilli chicken and some vegetarian pulao and curry options. I am a regular here and was skeptical about thesame taste . I was too skeptical about the gulab jamun thought it will be made of bread . But I have to accept , the crew wentabove and beyond into the details of the food on request . Gulab Jamun was like a 100% perfect . It was all fresh , hot andtasted exclusively different. If you want to be treated as an inconvenience to the... staff standing behind the counter watching YouTube videos, this is the place to be. If you'd like all the food you ordered to bedelivered to your table, one plastic container at a time, with 5-10 minutes passing in between each delivery, then you'll lovethis place. If you like your server to NEVER check up on during your meal or even bother to bring a bill to your table, thenyou're in luck, this place is JUST for YOU! They stopped offering menus and had a placard on our table with a QR code on it,however, they only have 3 for the whole restaurant and the worker reached over our entire table to grab it for the table next tous to use....REALLY?!!! There are only 3 customers dining inside and you don't have enough bar code placards for the tables??? Iwill not be returning to this restaurant, plenty of friendlier, better quality delivering Indian restaurants I can go to! Read more
