The subs are delicious. The manager at this establishment needs to be retrained or fired. She was rude to almost every... customer that came in. We received two wrong subs (not the wrong condiments, two entirely wrong subs) before they remade thesub we ordered. The manager instructed employees not to answer the phone. Ordered another employee to ignore the customersstanding at the register to order. She treated the employees with no respect. In short, she has no business being a manager. 8/27/22 @ 6pm. Read more
DiBella's have excellent subs that are delicious but... This restaurant has the absolute worst manager me and my husband have... ever seen!! She was rude to us, all other customers and the employees!!! She wouldn't let them even answer the phone to takeorders because they had 4 customers! I asked about the buffalo sub and she was so rude and nasty to me. We've been to a lot ofrestaurants but we will never come back here. They messed up my sandwich twice because of her management!! Great subs OK pricing the bread is amazing. It?s in a weird spot so it?s sometimes hard to get to. Great decorations
