I shouldn't have to complain about pizza in Strongsville. But this is an overpriced chain pizza with horrendous customer... service. One of the worst experiences. The front counter staff person is wholly inadequate to be employed anywhere in foodservice. He treated every customer like they were bothering him by being there. He removed food tickets from orders and then hadno idea whose order was sitting there. Waited 30 minutes at the store past the promised time because they forgot to make 50% ofthe order. When I got home the order was wrong. Called the restaurant and waited 15 minutes on hold. The only redeeming fix wasthat I was refunded. Read more
This pizza was delicious! My favorite pizza by far! Got the pepperoni with original thin crust. I want another one now! Lol it... was fresh, hot and delicious. It was so busy in there, which was really nice to see. Friendly staff and excellent service. I?llbe back soon ???? Read more

Called to tell me that they don't have a delivery drive 2 hours before close and food out of the oven. Came to pick up cold... pizza by the time it got home , no cheese on cheese bread to where it burnt. The worst first impression. Good luck ???? Read more
