I had such a great experience with Michelle my undecisive husband has never been to dunkin and she helped him decide on a tasty... drink... what really stood out from Michelle and other locations was her energy, her knowledge and she took her time making himhappy. I hope this recognition can help Michelle get acknowledged that she was appreciated beyond words we will be returningsince this was our 1st time at this location and hopefully we will get to see her again! Out of the several times I?ve been to this location, I?ve only experienced kind, friendly, efficient service once. I typically... come for coffee and donuts and the person at drive through always seems a tad rude and their is a long line most times. My realissue, is on several occasions I?ve called just to place an order, speak to manager, or ask general questions and the phonecontinues to ring. I understand being busy but what I don?t understand is why the phone is never answered. I need for managementto do better across the board. Read more
Day two.. wanted to give them another chance to redeem but had epic failure... both days ordered coffee. Large with cream and... sugar no fancy latte or cold coffee just a good ol cup of joe. Day 1. Barely any cream or sugar, sooooo hot it madeMcDonald's coffee seem like a cold coffee... ordered a glazed donut it was for sure not fresh... day two. Ordered same coffee.This time no sugar at all and still so hot, maybe I'll have it for lunch. Ordered a sandwich with hashbrown. They initiallyforgot the hashbrowns. When told lady pulls out a bag containing I'm not joking 4 pieces of burnt I mean burnt potatoes.. atthat point I walked out threw them in garbage.(want to say this, i was the only customer in the lobby, on both days)....I willnot be going back will go spend my money elsewhere... Disappointing experience again. Every time I go after 730PM, they will not make anything other than hot coffee and iced coffee.... All the lattes and frappes or any specialty drinks can?t be made because ?machines are shut off?. If they are open till 9 whycan?t they make all the drinks till then? They also have messed up my order multiple times. Frustrated with this location. Willnot return. Better service and availability of drinks at the location in downtown strongsville. Read more
The drive thru line is absolutely horrendous on the weekends. Open your cafe on the weekends to alleviate the line that... overflows on the road which is unsafe for customers. Read more
The food is usually pretty good at this location but they really have to figure out why they can never get the app offers to go... through properly. I've been here 3 times and every single time the cashier will say the discount offer has worked, but I pay thesame amount as before they scanned the app barcode. One time they refunded me but the other times I've been in a hurry andcouldn't wait around. I never have this problem at other locations. Read more
