Well we wanted to try the new joint on Pearl Rd Strongsville. A handful of cars in the parking lot definitely not busy. Looks... clean on the outside (well of course it's new). The server asked us to wait and take a look at the menu, after 6 mins we startedwonder then a voice came on and asked what we wanted to order. Being our first time we tried the #1 meal, two patties withcheese mustard AND ketchup with pickles and onions. Fries are great shoe string crisp not soggy, VERY salty. The burger AWFUL,all you could taste was mustard and sour from the pickles and strong chunks of onions. Not to mention the saltiness of theburger was over powering, the patties themselves are different not a traditional burger, very thin (napkin thin). I though itodd the bun looked smashed too. We had asked for napkins and ketchup (for the fries) nothing was in the bag. This was after anadditional 8 mins of wait time. Price wise for two #1 meals 18.69$ not worth a mustard filled sloppy salty mess. I wish I wouldhave checked the bag before leaving. Definitely not going back nor recommending to anyone. Read more

So sad, sad sad.... Drive through was an interesting experience. No name given said " hold on a minute I'll be with you soon".... I'm o.k with it..until the 6 minutes in. Now I'm not o.k The guys with no name asks" what would you like to have".. I ordered 2x # 1 meals with Pepsi. I got to the window...still waiting... Still waiting. Get the bag and park the car to see what is thisFreddy's All about. Disappointment was iniment. The burgers were so full of mustard you could only taste that. Oh NOnapkins! Discustingly over salted as well. Nothing of this Burger is like those pictures on the web site. The fries, and Pepsisaved Freddy's. Are they working while under the influence of apathy? If this was a singles ad the headline would be ?MUST LOVE ONIONS AND SALT?. First time here and it?s interesting. I feel like... it was made to accommodate Freddie?s taste and if you?re not Freddie you may not feel quite the same. The burger was very good- heavy seasoning - salt. Doesn?t really bother me but something you should know. There were also complete onion slices abouta half inch thick on the burger. I like onion but this was pretty serious and I expect to be tasting that till tomorrow. Cheese curds are pretty amazing and I?m thinking healthy. Maybe not healthy but perhaps the healthy part of the meal as we moveover to the custard based malt ?milkshake?. It?s really custard ice cream with malt. So it?s thick like ice cream and you eatit with a spoon not a straw. Mega chocolate, like it was 2x chocolate. By this time I feel like I?m committing a health crimeby eating this. Overall it was pretty tasty. Not sure I would get the same things since with the economy the way it is thetotal was $27.79 including tax. This is literally the WORST fast food restaurant I?ve ever been to. 5 out of 6 of my visits have been ridiculously... disappointing. The staff couldn?t care less about providing a good experience. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and greeted me when I walked through the door. I ordered the double California style... burger combo which was fantastic. Very much reminded me of in and out burger, it was absolutely delicious. Fries were good andfresh. Try the fry sauce for sure! Also had a concrete which was very good too! I will be back for sure!! 1st time trying our the new restaurant in town and had a very enjoyable experience. They specialize in smash burgers so don?t... expect any big thicc patties you?ll find at other restaurants around town. Shoestring fries are amazing great flavor. The waitin the drive through wasn?t that long (about 5 min from pulling to pull in out). Was it the best burger I?ve had in my life? Nobut it was far from the worst. I'll start off with very positives. The employees were very friendly and the custard is really good. Unfortunately, they have... some improving to do. I don't know why but only the drive-through is open which means you're in for a pretty long wait. Ours wasabout 30 minutes. I ordered a cheeseburger with only lettuce, ketchup, and mayonnaise. I received a very salty cheeseburger witha small slice of cheese, mustard, onions, and pickles. Not a great first experience, but hopefully, they will get better. Read more
