Never been and decided to eat lunch there about 5mins ago and confused where to go to order as I was looking around instead of... being greeted we got a "if you need to order go to the other end" no smile no kindness or greeting, couldn't even tell you thename of the gal for there is no name tags and never even made effort to notice or ask if we ever been there instead they lookedat mad we haven't ordered fast enough or asked if we need help with the menu they stared at us while we took a look at the menuand they looked miserable and unapproachable I run a business and I can tell you thats super bad for business,least to say wewon't be eating there ever again,we are currently eating and the foods ?I and chipotle are superior and i was excited to trysomething new but total let down the vibe sucked and food matched their energy and attitude Read more
BAD SERVICE AND RUDENESS!!! My wife, kids and I went this strongsville location today. I told her how great Hot Heads was when... I tried it in Columbus. We went in and my wife told the older, gray-haired gentleman that makes burritos how this was her firsttime here. She moved down to look at the freshness and quality of the ingredients and ask questions about things she would wantto buy and he immediately started scolding and shouting and pointing at her to move back to the menu sign area and decide whatshe would order first. Our son was using the restroom, when this happened so we waited for him to finish then we left. I toldmy son we were leaving because the older, gray-haired man was "extremely rude to Mom". We ended up going to Chipotle! Sad partis the prepared ingredients looked nothing like the Hilliard, Columbus location. And I expected that the name "Hot Heads" wouldbe a representation of the Burritos, not how the staff would treat us. There could have been many possible undertones for thistreatment by the older, gray haired gentleman, but no matter what this was UNACCEPTABLE! I will never pay for bad service, orrudeness, I can't support any business where this is condoned. I am going to contact corporate and leave as many reviews as Ican, so people know about the poor treatment my family received at the Hot Heads in our own city! Read more

I ordered 3 chicken bowls for $38.00 bucks and asking for a tip. At Chipotle I get the same exact order Queso and guacamole ... more chicken for $30 not expecting a tip. She put a very small amount of meat like the bowls are cheap and the tomatoes didn?tlook good either. At least at Chipotle you get a full spoon and a half of meat not like the 1/2 a spoon she put. I wouldn?t gohere again, I?ll go to Chipotle and get way more food for less money. Update* the bowl I brought home to my kid said the Quesowas disgusting ruined the bowl and I didn?t even tell her I didn?t like the place beforehand. Yay our family will never be back Read more
The burrito bowls are tasty and made to order. They have a rewards program where you can BOGO which is nice. Slightly under... staffed, but isn't everybody. Read more
What a great location. Quick service - great food. I had never been to a hot heads before and the manager gave recommendations... on what to order. He then came over and checked on us during the meal to ensure everything was good. Will definitely be comingback! Read more
Hot Head provided a pretty great burrito ???? ???? You have an assortment of fresh ingredients to choose from. The dining area... was sanitary and quiet. I noticed their menu also has quesadillas, tacos and nachos, which I can?t wait to dig into. I enjoyed achicken burrito stuffed with guacamole ???? beans ect. Good eats for lunch! Read more
Everyone complaining about skimpy portions on here I can guarantee you are all talking about the same guy... there's a manager/... supervisor here that is awful and so skimpy on portions. To the point he used his hand to withhold chicken from the ladle I gotmaybe half a scoop on my burrito. He's some sort of manager or supervisor and I've seen him sit back and watch other employeeswho are clearly new struggle while he watches and does nothing to help. If there's a line of people he will maybe start to helpand then when whoever is on the line comes back to the front he quits what he's doing to watch one single employee help multiplecustomers while he does nothing. He once was helping someone behind a customer who was clearly struggling, my husband told thento go ahead and pass and the manager said "no we can wait". He's unfortunately always there and my food is noticeably betterwhen anyone but him makes it. When it's good it's good, but that guy puts me in the worst mood. Read more
