Absolutely love #17 here, classic steak and cheese. Just the way the chef designed with onions and peppers. Served hot and... delicious!! Frequent these all I?ve and consistently very good! I want to try other things but #17 always getsme. Considering how the current administration has jacked up inflation and the economy, this restaurant is no different. Ithink things went up about 20-30% from 18 months ago. But that is par for the course these days. Staff was friendly and foodcame out fast It was about 30 bucks for 2 sandwiches, cookies and a drink. Nothing against the sub shop, it's the service post pandemic. Sub makers were visibly stressed and frustrated. There was no... organization as a large to-go order came in before ours and we got sandwiches that we didn't order as we dined in. They didfix the issue and made the error correct. Read more
Very disappointed in the 3 shavings of meat on the mini size sandwiches. Used to be 4... I understand that the prices have gone... up, but at least put some meat on those sandwiches! Read more
Food was good. I ordered ahead. But when I went in to pick it up no one paid any attention to me. I saw the bag with my name on... it sitting on a rack so I just yelled out should I just take this and go? One guy looked over and said yeah, if that's yours. Itwas a little strange. Read more
Clean restaurant. Decent prices. Wide variety of different sandwiches they can be either hot or cold. Got a Philly Steak Sub and... was impressed with how good it was. Personally, I would have added some salt to the Steak sandwich but that?s my preference. Read more
This was my first visit to this location. I was very happy discovering it because it?s much closer to my house than the normal... location I frequent. The staff was very friendly but they are in need of some better training. I ordered my usual sandwich(regular size) they made it and I was off. I get home hungry and ready to eat, take my first bite and got a mouth full of breadand lettuce. Thinking that was odd I open my sandwich removed the toppings and my $8+ sandwich had one paper thin slice ofpepperoni and one paper thin slice of salami on each side of the sandwich. I didn?t even know pepperoni and salami could besliced that thin lmao. They basically gave me a lettuce and pickle sandwich. Yum! Crazy and unfortunate. Read more
This is a great Jersey Mike's, but ordering online is a joke. I ordered at 5:08. Earliest pickup 5:22. It's 5:33 and my food is... not ready. ZERO people in the store and ZERO orders being worked on when we got here. I would have had my food by now if Ididn't waste my time ordering "ahead." Hi this is Steven my 1st time here This is my go to place for now they slice it in front of you think about that who does that... no one else that I know of and they have the best bacon on any subplace there is. And Atlantis is the best of anybody elsethere's shredded lettuce is actually shredded lettuce not big chunks it's beautiful lettuce and real tomatoes slices not Romansreal tomato slices. I will be back from now on and having a Mike's way or Stevens way lol Their bacon is perfectly flat betterthan some of the restaurants around Strongsville ohi o.
