The last time I ordered extra , extra sauce on the pizza because I split it up for another meal (Who wants cardboard with cheese... the next day? ). Got home ate half a piece, there was no extra sauce. Called store and the "manager " said she put extra sauceon it. David (owner's son wasn't around to talk to). My advice is stay away unless you like pricey and inconsistent qualitypizza. Used to be top notch, but toss of the dice lately. Been ordering for several years but two times lately had bad qualityissues. Never-NEVER again. UPDATE...Read owner reply, I was NOT offered a replacement, another LIE. Manager must not be honestwith the owner. She ARGUED there was extra sauce , because she made it. No option or alternative given.. Believe your customeror your employee's. Somebody is lying. Ate half a slice , of a jumbo pizza. It wasn't right. David and family watch youremployee's. I hope you get all the quirks worked out because pizza used to be awesome. Read more

If they spent as much time actually making pizza as trying to get bad reviews taken down, this place would do a lot better. ... Ordered 4 hours early on a Thursday for 2 pizzas to be picked up as part of a Birthday party meal. Got there on time, told methey were being cut..which they continued to tell me for the next 25 minutes while they made the pizzas that they forgot tomake. Never said sorry, never said he it will be 25 minutes so I could go get the rest of the food. The person working thecounter should be fired or atleast written up and explained to how not to lie to customers. Read more

Mama Julianne pizza in Strongsville to us was overall ok at best. Staff that works there was nice, and place looks clean... overall. Location is easy to get to and leave. Food/Pie overall to us just wasn't anything special. Tried 2 different pizzasoverall. Read more

Great catering order! Mama Julianne?s catered our grad party - chicken parm, salad, pasta, green beans, and pizza. Everything... was fresh and delicious. The chicken got rave reviews all around - it somehow stayed crispy and juicy despite being on a buffetwarmer for hours. We were so happy with our meal and our guests loved it. Read more
