I like Panera and alway pick Panera over other restaurants. I came here and the line was out the door, there were more people... waiting for food, yet even more dining in. I placed my order online so not to wait in line and that took a while, about 20minutes, to get food. Good thing I was only passing by this location and don?t live near it. This store needs to do a better job managing its employees. Rudeness abounds. They completely ignore customers unless you stand... 2 feet in front of them and yell, ?Hey! I need some help.? Employees stand around chittering and giggling behind the wall at thefront and ignore people standing at the counter. The store is constantly out of food. Basics like cups, napkins, etc. are notrestocked. Being short staffed is not an excuse for poor customer service, and general apathy. Half the employees are so poorlytrained they don?t even know how to prepare the food. This is the 7th time in the last year I?ve been to this Panera and everytime has gotten worse. Won?t be back. This place is so gross. I think it's run by teenagers. Every single time i go there is no one over the age of twenty and they... are all too busy hanging out and messing around to give fast service. This is my regular place for coffee. They have a variety of selections under beverages. You can subscribe for the ?sip club? for... unlimited beverages. The margharita pizza and blueberry scones are something worth trying. Nice work Panera bread! Read more
Ordered the fuji apple salad and almost cut myself on some hard sharp plastic piece at the bottom of the bowl. I don't think I... can eat here anymore. That can really hurt someone. Read more
Super clean, very trendy, ton of covid compliant tables and measures put into place. All the employees were incredibly... pleasant. You had the options to order face to face or self ordering. The lighting and ambiance was warm an inviting my wife n Iwill definitely be back. Read more
Small portions, sad looking food. Look at this sad little bowl of food. They charge ELEVEN DOLLARS for this. I've been happier... with a frozen microwave rice bowl from WalMart for $3.99. When i called to complain the manager told me the bowls are"pre-portioned" so there was no way they made a mistake. That excuse actually makes the disappointment worse for me. Go toChipotle folks. My daughter, and granddaughter, treated me one evening to going to Panera bread. The facility is spotlessly clean, and the... employees were very kind. We did not spend a lot of money that evening. Because we just wanted to pick up beverages. Theemployee was very kind and answered our questions and took her time with us. She really helped our evening to be special. I'vetold many people about Panera bread since that evening. It was a delightful experience. Read more
