Slow. In todays day and age its inexcusable that you cant get updates on your order. Was told 40-50 minutes and were now over an... hour, nothing. Called and was told it will be there in 15 minutes. With what a pizza and breadsticks cost here, gotta be alittle bit more on the ball. I get it, the whole covid excuse, but join the club, we all deal with it. If its a long wait, fine,let people know and we can use another pizza place. Read more
Got the wrong order when I got home. Called to say I have the wrong order sat on hold for manager for 50 minutes. Hung up... called back go put on hold again. Decided to eat one of the wrong pizzas and it was under cooked and doughy. Do not recommendthis Pizza Hut. Read more
Spent $33 on pizza and boneless wings the stuff crust wasn't what a stuffed crust should be dough was super thin and the wings... ,order of 8,4 were less than 1/2 and rock hard.when you call the store,you get put on hold. After 20 min. I gave up. Thanksalot. Read more
Came in at 7:30pm, waited awhile for a worker to speak to us about dining in. Worker sighed very loudly when I asked to seat a... table of 6. I didn't know about any deals when I ordered online but my 1 topping pizza was on special when I came in to pay. I ended up... saving a couple bucks when the nice gentleman rang me out. I also showed up 20 minutes late to pick up my pizza because of awork call I got stuck on and it was still hot and delicious! Read more
I'd like to start off by saying that this is my hometown Pizza Hut, and weve never had issues like this. On Saturday, 6/4 my... nephews were staying over they requested that I order two spicy meat lovers pizzas for their sleepover. I called the store at8:30 p.m. & go through my entire order with the person connected on the automated line...without warning I was disconnected andtransferred directly to the Strongsville location. I was greeted by a woman who sounded very brash, irritated and annoyed, sheanswered the phone "Hello this is Pizza Hut, we are only accepting carryout orders at this time." I needed a delivery, as Imentioned my nephews were at my house. She said she couldn't help me so I ended the call. When speaking with the automated lineI was told my delivery was available and it would take 45 minutes to arrive. I waited a bit thinking maybe the store had a rushand I'd give it another go, an hour later, at 9:30 p.m. I called the store to place a pick up order,(because I was previouslytold that was all they could do) when the same woman answered the phone she said "Hello, this is Pizza Hut, we are no longertaking anymore orders." I asked her why she said because they closed soon, this was 30 minutes til close! I am very disappointedin my inability to place an order by any means and I think it's poor customer service to start closing prior to the listed storehours. If I could give zero stars I would. Pizza was ready and delicious Your employee at this site did an amazing job. working by herself making all the pizzas, wings,... and etc and getting the orders ready on time. I can not believe she accomplished this all on her own. She should get a raise. It is unbelievable to me that so many businesses need help and no one wants to work.
