The first time I had Raising Cane's in Columbus was the best impression I got from a fast food fried chicken place. Came to this... location and did not receive the same experience. Ordered the Chicken sandwich and 3 extra fingers. All chicken was extremelydry. I remember the first time being very succulent, juicy, and tender meat. The fries were very soggy and inedible. Personallynot a fan of sandwiches that just throw chicken fingers on it, had I known thats what they did, I wouldnt have ordered it. Canes is always solid. Great service, quick, and the food has a consistent taste. It's more expensive than I remember it being... but that's what happens. The box is usually enough to fill me, but go with a caniac if you're really hungry. Read more

For a Chain Fast Food Restaurant it was ok. The Chicken was the only thing I thought was good. The fries were way to soggy and... not enough salt. We came here a couple try's to see if it got better, unfortunately been the same every time. Overall I don'tmind eating the chicken tenders, here but I would just rather have fast food from else where. Read more

This review was once 5 star until tonight. I will not be going back. Their chicken is exactly the same. Great tasting goodness.... The reason I'm not going back is because I spent 16 dollars on a 4 piece chicken box and a sandwich with a side of fries. Greatprice but our chicken was if I am lucky half the size. Cane's specialty is its special sauce and fresh, tender and moist chicken with ight crispy breading. The buttered and grilled... texas toast is also delicious, and the crinkle-cut fries are nice and crispy. The sauce is magical. Do yourself a favor andsubstitute the cole slaw for another piece of toast. The only less than absolutely stellar part of my visit was that the sweettea is fairly lightly-sweetened - I want to taste the diabetes!
